I placed an order for a bunch of purple real touch tulips last week. I had emailed in to cancel the order, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. Today, the package arrived, and it was in poor condition – ripped open and wet due to the rain. There was no delivery driver present to hand it over, and it was left by my front door wet and crushed. Given the situation, returning the package with the soaked tulips does not seem feasible. While I understand the package's condition is not directly your fault, it would be beneficial for you to address this issue with your delivery service provider.
