Hello, I am Julia W. My sister and I were scheduled to take flight EI0115 from Dublin to Philadelphia, PA at 16:25 on Saturday, October 29, [redacted], with booking reference number 2PQ4J6. Unfortunately, we received a notification at 0:00 on Saturday, October 29, [redacted], informing us that the flight was canceled. We were rebooked on flight EI0101, departing 3 hours earlier and landing in Newark, NJ instead. Due to these changes, we had to purchase another flight to reach Philadelphia. We are looking to understand the cause of the flight cancellation and to seek guidance on how to claim reimbursement for the inconvenience. We have initiated the reimbursement process with AirHelp under EU regulation EC261. Thank you.

I initiated a booking under the name Tibor Kovács from the email [redacted] for flights from Budapest to Dublin to New York on June 19th, [redacted], returning on June 25th, [redacted]. During payment, an issue arose due to the absence of a set limit on my card preventing me from completing the reservation which was not saved. Despite this, it appears that the seat on the plane is held. It appears my reservation is in limbo. I have attached a photo of the issue. Kindly investigate and if the reservation is active, kindly cancel it to allow me to rebook. Thank you in advance.

Hello, Due to a delay on flight EI0521 from Paris CDG to DUBLIN, I missed my connecting flight QR0018 with QATAR AIRWAYS departing from DUBLIN at 1:50 PM. I am requesting a refund for my ticket as compensation for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, since my hotel was already booked, I will not be staying there as planned. I am also looking to purchase one more ticket for my husband and myself on the same flight, not as separate tickets if possible. I had a flight booked to arrive in Dublin from Tenerife at 16:50, but it was delayed until 17:35. This 45-minute delay is crucial for me since it means missing the last bus home which is a four-hour journey. Aer Lingus sent an email advising me to contact them for alternative solutions. After calling them 55 times, all they could offer was a flight arriving at midnight. The staff I spoke to were rude, arrogant, and unsympathetic. I never would have booked this flight if I knew about the delayed arrival time. I've requested a full refund as it's a breach of my consumer rights to pay for a service I didn't receive. Even a refund in the form of a voucher would suffice. I had to cancel my accommodation in Tenerife which would have cost me €1,[redacted] if not canceled within seven weeks of arrival.

Hello, I would like to share my recent experience with you. I had organized a trip for my family (8 people) for the holidays. After completing the online check-in, we encountered an issue with a misspelled name at the baggage drop counter. Despite efforts, we were initially told we needed to purchase a new ticket for that traveler, which was not feasible. Thanks to a helpful phone service agent, the name was eventually corrected without the need for a new ticket. Unfortunately, the staff member at the counter was uncooperative and unhelpful throughout the process, causing unnecessary stress and delays. Eventually, with the intervention of a superior, the correction was made just in time for boarding. I wanted to bring to your attention the rude and incompetent behavior of the staff member involved to ensure this does not happen to others. Hello, I am writing on behalf of a group of at least 20 people who plan to arrange a trip to the USA with the following details: Departure from Naples to Boston with a date between July 10 and 12 - 13, [redacted], Return from Boston to Naples for a maximum of three people between July 19 and 20, for the rest, the return is expected between July 30 and 31 (total of 21 days) I would like to know the scheduled departure and return dates to inform the entire group and to choose the dates and best prices for booking, along with the necessary documents. On March 1st, [redacted], our connecting flight from Paris to Dublin was delayed by 1.5 hours, causing us to miss our final flight to Los Angeles. An Aer Lingus agent in Dublin quickly rebooked us on a flight to JFK and then a Jet Blue flight to Los Angeles. Unfortunately, our luggage did not make it to Los Angeles with us. I called Aer Lingus baggage service in Dublin, and they confirmed the luggage was still in Dublin as of 1:00 PM on March 2nd. I requested they expedite the delivery as we are leaving LA on March 3rd, but they informed me they couldn't manage that timeline and directed me to Jet Blue. However, Jet Blue was not involved in handling our luggage, which is still in Dublin with Aer Lingus. Can we address this situation promptly?

Due to the strikes in France, I am seeking confirmation for the flight departure on the 30th of March from Marrakech to Toulouse. I am traveling with my wife, and we have 3 checked bags weighing 20 kilos each. I would like to inquire if it is possible to combine 2 bags of 20 kilos into one 40-kilo bag, so I would only need to check in 2 bags, one weighing 40 kilos and the other 20 kilos. I am unable to check in online for my return flight to the United States with Aer Lingus. My husband and I are traveling together on the same booking reference 2M8QUB, flying from Malaga to Dublin and then Dublin to Dulles (IAD) tomorrow. While my husband, John H., successfully checked in for the Dublin to Dulles (EI [redacted]) flight and got a seat assigned, I, Laurie C., encountered an issue and could not check in online. The system prompted me to use the self-service kiosk instead, stating that online check-in is not available for this flight. I am worried that I won't be able to sit next to my husband on the long journey back home if I can only check in at the airport.

Hello, I made a flight reservation for 2 people in a larger group traveling from Dublin to Berlin on Friday, 4th August [redacted] at 6:40 am on flight EI [redacted] with "prima-tours/dachli-atouro". We now wish to change this flight to Sunday, 6th August [redacted], at the same departure time. I made a reservation with Opodo using ref number [redacted]9. The departure flight was with Ryanair on FR1987 (booking ref SLNY7R) and the return flight was with Aer Lingus on E1538 (booking ref 2MUAIS). As the Ryanair flight was delayed more than 5 hours, I decided to cancel my booking. I am awaiting a refund from Ryanair for the departure flight and would like to know the process for obtaining a refund for the return flight from Aer Lingus. Our friends arranged the accommodation, and we took care of booking the flights from Bordeaux to Dublin and back. We reserved seats for four people through Go Prime and added a Cancellation Guarantee "for any reason" to the booking. However, due to the passing of my mother on March 7, requiring us to handle the funeral arrangements and support my 90-year-old father, my wife and I had to cancel this trip. Our friends traveled to Ireland without us. To our surprise, we found out that the cancellation insurance we purchased only applies if all travelers cancel. Despite our attempts to split the reservation with Go Prime, it was not possible. As we were unable to use these flights, we kindly request an exception from your company. I need assistance with my flight situation. My original flight to Dublin on 4/29/23 from JFK got canceled and rescheduled to a different airline headed to London Heathrow with a layover. I initially paid $39.99 for a seat on the original flight. Due to being a senior citizen traveling solo and dealing with a back issue, I couldn't manage a layover in another country. I managed to secure a seat on a flight the following day but had to pay an extra fee for it. I'd like a refund of the $39.99 I paid for the seat on the initial flight.

Traveling with my 82-year-old mother who requires wheelchair assistance has been challenging. Despite requesting a wheelchair at the gate, it did not arrive. Upon arrival at the baggage claim for our Delta flights DL [redacted] to Minneapolis MSP and DL [redacted] to Green Bay GRB, some of our bags, notably the Rollator walker, were missing. This made it difficult to proceed without essential items for my mother. Despite informing agents and providing details and photos of our bags for linkage to our flights, the missing items were not located. Even after returning to Green Bay, the issue persisted as the baggage claim numbers were not correctly linked between Aer Lingus and Delta flights. As we are eager to recover the Rollator walker and our other bags promptly, any assistance in tracking and forwarding them would be highly appreciated. The baggage claim numbers to trace are [redacted] (Rollator), [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. Any updates on their arrival at GRB would be invaluable for our timely retrieval given our distance from the airport.
