I purchased Black Ops 1 at Walmart since it was advertised to include all DLC. The "Free $15 DLC" code turned out to be expired, and the game doesn't even support online play. I paid extra for a game with a useless code and felt quite frustrated. Not being able to reach anyone for a refund added to my frustration.

I am having an issue with the Zombies content in Black Ops 4 and need to contact someone about it. I can't seem to find a phone number to address this. I've spent over $45 on elixirs and received nothing. I am frustrated because despite being told it's a new system, the same gobble gums are there. It doesn't seem fair to invest time just to end up feeling disappointed. I would appreciate speaking with someone about this matter and want to express that I will not purchase any more Call of Duty games in the future. I'm having trouble accessing my account after initially connecting it through Facebook. Despite trying to log in, I keep getting sent back to the beginning. I removed Call of Duty Mobile from my Facebook account and tried re-connecting, but my account seems to have disappeared. Although it still appears in my friends' friend window, I am unable to log in using those credentials. My main objective is to recover my account. My ID is [redacted][redacted]93.

I bought Black Ops 3 and the Zombies Chronicles expansion on PS4. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the zombie maps in the application despite trying various troubleshooting steps. Numerous customers have reported this issue for over two years with no resolution from Activision. I have attempted to contact their call center using the provided number ([redacted]) without success.

I need help recovering my lost Call of Duty Mobile account. I've been playing since the beta program in India and continued after it ended using a VPN to access the Australian beta. Recently, my phone had issues and all my game data was lost. I invested countless hours into this account and I am hopeful it can be restored. I am requesting a refund for the ongoing Halloween scam in CODM. Numerous players, including myself, are consistently receiving the rare items last, which seems rigged and requires spending about $[redacted] to obtain them. The results are the same across the board, making it hard to believe it's just bad luck. This level of unethical behavior in a game is appalling. The actions by Activision towards their community are truly disappointing, and it has affected my enjoyment of the game significantly.

I recently bought the game Call of Duty World at War for PlayStation 3. While playing online multiplayer, my rank level inexplicably dropped from over 31 to 1. Although my guns and attachments are intact, I can't select different game modes as they are locked at rank one. Even after purchasing all three map packs with my debit card, I can't access the modes in Zombies Online either. I suspect foul play after a Team Deathmatch session. I've even tried deleting game utility data and starting anew to no avail. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly so I can resume enjoying the online features I've paid for. I recently tried to change my display name on my Activision account for the new Modern Warfare game. I used a token to change it to "AspiireSw1fT," but the game crashed, sending me back to the Xbox home screen. When I logged back in, the name didn't change, and my token was gone. I then attempted to log in online using my Xbox account on the Activision website. However, I kept getting an error saying my profile was missing required information. Hello, I have a pressing issue. Recently, I purchased the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for my PS4. Prior to this, a friend of mine downloaded the beta version using my account. We typically share my account for gaming sessions. The problem arose when I completed the full download of Modern Warfare and began playing. It seems the issue may stem from my friend using his credentials during the beta instead of mine. When I launched Call of Duty, it did not prompt me to log in or create a profile. Instead, it displayed my friend's name, Activision ID, and email associated with his account on my screen. This discrepancy suggests there is a conflict between our two accounts. My friend is also experiencing similar issues. On his end, my ID name is displayed, which I could change. Despite attempting various solutions, we have been unable to resolve this dilemma. After downloading Modern Warfare, I attempted to change my display name to AspiireSw1fT but was kicked out of the game and back to the Xbox home screen. I managed to successfully download ExpressVPN to proceed with installation. However, I am encountering an issue where a message pops up stating "Server Disconnected" after the game's intro screens. The message directs me to check the Call of Duty server status on their support page. Despite multiple attempts, including launching the game with and without the VPN, running Scan/Repair, and ensuring the ports are open for TCP and UDP, I am still unable to play. I am connected via a wired ethernet connection, and both Haste and Activision confirm that the servers are operational. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased the Modern Warfare Dark Edition on Thursday. Upon opening the box, I discovered a missing crucial piece for the night vision goggle stand. The connecting piece that holds the round piece for the goggles is absent, preventing me from properly storing my goggles. I have been attempting to reach Activision support since Thursday, but have had no success. Despite contacting the store of purchase, GameStop, they have not been helpful. While playing the latest release of Modern Warfare, I've encountered several issues. In multiplayer game modes like Gunfight, my kills and deaths don't get tracked accurately. When checking my overall kills to death ratio, it doesn't match up with the kills displayed in each game mode, creating a discrepancy when comparing stats with friends. Specifically, my kills in Search and Destroy don't align with the total kills per gun or lethals I've achieved. Despite having a game in Domination with 26 kills and zero deaths, my highest streak is inaccurately reported as only 12. Despite these minor setbacks, the game captures the nostalgic Call of Duty essence mixed with new and improved features, reminiscent of MW3. Lastly, my Activision account is Crawdaddy#[redacted] with the clan tag as USMC.

I purchased the Operator Edition of Modern Warfare [redacted] but am having trouble accessing the bonus content on multiple accounts. The XRK weapons pack and operator skins are only available on the "adult" account, and I can't access them on mine. Despite being told the bonus content would be accessible to both accounts on the same machine, this doesn't seem to be the case. Is there a way to transfer all the bonus content to another account, specifically mine? I would appreciate being able to enjoy the content that was gifted to me without having to switch accounts constantly. Thanks.

I am encountering an issue where I am unable to link my new Call of Duty (CoD) account to Twitch due to a message stating the account is already linked to a different Activision account. I have attempted to unlink the old CoD account from Twitch, but the problem persists. Despite the Twitch account showing the new CoD account linked, the CoD website still displays it as unlinked. Furthermore, I am unsure which Activision account is linked to my Twitch and do not know how to proceed to resolve this issue.

On October 29th, I purchased and downloaded the new Modern Warfare game. However, every time I attempt to play it, I receive the error message "Connection Failed: Unable to access online services." I have already verified with both Xfinity and Playstation customer support that my internet connection is working properly on their end. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps such as restarting my router/modem, port forwarding, switching between wireless and wired connections, and rebuilding my PlayStation's database, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I previously encountered a similar error with Black Ops 4, displaying a Negative Silver Wolf error, which has remained unresolved for over 3 months.

I am disappointed with my recent purchase of the [redacted] Call Of Duty Modern Warfare game. I believe I have been misled and deceived. I am requesting a full refund for this game. The Spec Ops mode is dysfunctional, making it impossible to complete the classic version. In the Spec Ops Operations mode, there is a glitch that prevents proper item usage after respawning. The multiplayer gameplay is frustrating due to excessive camping since the addition of the mount action. It is not the true Call Of Duty experience. I find it akin to a poor imitation of Battle Royale, PUBG, or Rainbow Six Siege. Despite my long history with the Call Of Duty franchise, I now hesitate to even load the game. I purchased it via the Xbox Live Store and would like to return it, including relinquishing my achievements. Kindly address this matter promptly.

I played about 6 missions in the campaign and decided to break for dinner. When I reopened the game, the graphics setup screen appeared as if I was a new player. Despite going through the process again, none of my progress was saved. Both my multiplayer and campaign status were reset to the beginning. I searched online for solutions, but none worked. Additionally, the game didn't save the shader installation either. Each time I start the game, it redownloads all the shaders. Almost like a factory reset occurs every time I exit to the desktop. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
