I received an email notifying me that my accounts were unlinked from my Activision profile. Upon logging back in, I noticed they were unlinked again. The email indicated that a Battle Net player named NightKnight#[redacted] was involved, although I have no knowledge of this individual. Checking the trackers revealed this person accessed my account, where a 0.80 KD ratio and the M4A1 as the most used weapon were evident. The last game played was at Sudal Harbor, where I achieved a 14/9 score. Curiously, my account has remained untouched since being logged out, and despite having 2-step authentication, I did not receive any notifications regarding changes in email or password.

After the recent update on Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, my account got hacked. I can no longer see my purchased items, use the battle pass, or access my prestige level 9, which has been reset to level 1. When I re-entered the game, I was kicked out during Nuketown, and a new agreement from Activision appeared, asking me to sign in again to my account, which is confusing as I always logged in through Sony on my PlayStation. I've lost all my progress, challenges, levels, and purchased items, and it's unfair as I didn't do anything to deserve this. I know you're busy, but I'd appreciate a prompt response, especially during the double XP event. I hope my issue can be resolved and maybe receive some XP tokens for the missed XP during this time frame. I understand these things happen, but my personal information being compromised due to the game is not acceptable. Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear back soon to resolve this unfair situation.

Hello, I am from Colombia and I would like to offer my opinion regarding the Call of Duty company providing the option to create personalized avatars using photos of players with choices of uniforms or allowing players to design their own outfits. This would be excellent with custom avatars available for purchase.

Hello Support,
yesterday my account was permanently banned. When I tried to log in yesterday and started the game Cold War, suddenly I received an error and was kicked out of "Cold War Zombies." No reason was given for my ban. I am also unable to access Call of Duty Warzone anymore. Another error message advised me to try again later. I logged into Blizzard today and encountered the same issue again.
Best regards, Fabian

I began playing Call of Duty on Xbox One with the gamer tag Cenriquez90. When I switched to PC, I bought Modern Warfare and Cold War for it and used the gamertag cento. After linking my Xbox account to play under Cenriquez90, I noticed a problem. Although my Blizzard account displays the correct gamer tag, when I launch the game, everything switches, including my purchases, levels, weapon progress, skins, and battle pass. Strangely, everything I bought is visible on my Blizzard account. When I checked my Xbox, the gamertag was correct, but upon opening Modern Warfare, my gamer tag changed. It seems like my account has vanished.

I am writing to request an appeal for the account ban of my [redacted] account.
While I was away on a three-week work trip, my brother house-sat for me. Upon my return, he informed me that my account had been permanently banned from the game. I can provide documentation of my work trip if needed.
I did not give my brother permission to use my account or my PC during my absence. I take full responsibility for my account and have never engaged in cheating or spoken ill of others while playing Warzone. To prevent unauthorized access, I have installed an authenticator and changed my launcher password.
I kindly ask for a review of my case and the lifting of the suspension as I have ensured additional security measures to safeguard my account in the future. Thank you for considering my appeal.

Dear Support Team, I kindly ask for your assistance in reinstating my Warzone account and lifting the ban on my PC from the game. I am relatively new to the game and was still in the learning process when this situation occurred. I had just purchased a royal pass and on Friday, the 9th, after a long day at work and some extra cash in hand, I sat down to play. Unfortunately, as I was getting ready to start a match with a friend, my PC glitched. Despite my best efforts to resolve it by restarting the game, I discovered that I had been banned. I want to assure you that I am not tech-savvy and consider myself an average gamer. I have previously played PUBG but Warzone captured my interest from the start. I solemnly swear that I did not cheat. I am a firm believer in fair play. I urge you to review my account and activity to confirm that I am not one of those individuals who spoil the game for others. I implore you to reconsider and reinstate my account. I am unable to afford another PC and I would be devastated to lose access to the game. I am from South Africa, and you have my full cooperation to reset my progress if necessary. Thank you for your time and understanding. Sincerely, D.

Hello, I am reaching out today to address the issue regarding my inability to play COD MW [redacted] on my Xbox due to a permanent ban. I have not played for over a month and wanted to join my friends for multiplayer when I encountered the ban. I am unsure if it was due to inactivity, which seems unreasonable, or cheating, which is unlikely as I am strictly a console player and have never modified my console or controller. I have always adhered to fair play and have never been disruptive to the community. I have been a loyal Activision customer for a long time, having purchased battle passes, operators, and skins. I kindly request a review of my case considering my account's clean history and the investment I've made into the game. Thank you.
Regards,
Morgan B.

My account was unexpectedly banned, and I am an active duty military firefighter. I play on PS5 at work and at home on Battle.net. As I am preparing for deployment and haven't been playing frequently, upon returning to the game, I found my account banned without explanation. The support team mentioned Call of Duty: Warzone's Security and Enforcement Policy but gave no details on the specific reason for the ban. I have invested a significant amount of time, money, and effort into the game, and I am seeking clarification on the ban.
I find it frustrating that some players cheat without consequences, while I, a legitimate player, have been penalized. Even my XBOX account, with only a few games played, was shadow banned after some successful matches. I have been labeled as suspicious for performing well in a couple of games, suggesting that unless one is a professional player or a content creator, achieving good results is met with skepticism.

Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if my request is being processed correctly or if I have included everything I need, so I wanted to do it here again... Yesterday at 6:45 pm, I was informed via email that my email address was changed... Additionally, my account was immediately unlinked... If needed, I can also forward the two emails...
The username of the account was Hevo_san#[redacted]
Blizzard account linked to the profile: hevo4#[redacted]
Some of my friends have noticed that I am leaving the regiments and deleting some friends.
I urgently request assistance as I would like to continue playing and participate in the new event. Also, I believe that this account will be used for cheats or hacks, which I hope can be prevented!
If you need any further information, I am happy to provide it!
Hoping for a prompt reply!
Best regards,

My Activision account Nubs88#[redacted] became unlinked from my Xbox account during Season 2 in December [redacted]. Despite following Activision's instructions to create a new Activision ID for account recovery, I have not received any updates since then. The new Activision ID I created is Nublo88#[redacted], matching my Xbox account Nublo88. I receive weekly emails stating that my account recovery request [redacted]52 is delayed due to high volume. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My 6-year-old son was playing "Nazi Zombies" on PS3 online with random players when he encountered a hacker or someone manipulating the game. The player had a million points while the others couldn't earn any despite shooting zombies. After the match ended, the screen was filled with green letters and numbers mentioning Xbox Live. I shut down the PS3, but it was unresponsive when I tried to restart it. Even after leaving it off for a few days, I couldn't reconnect online. I suspect my PS3 account got banned due to association with the hacker. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

On April 15th, my account was compromised, and the link between my Activision and Blizzard accounts was severed. The hacker altered all my information. The hacked game ID is ZackStorm7#[redacted]. I started playing in Season Two, nearly at its end, and later bought the Season 3 Battle Pass. Transitioning from Xbox to PC, I gifted a Battle Pass to a friend named Big Dawg. Subsequently, I purchased a Mace pack for [redacted] using the mobile app. I possess numerous videos of me playing with friends on my PC, offering evidence. My email was linked until the 15th when it was unlinked, as was my phone number. I am eager for a prompt response.

About two months ago, my Battle.net account got hacked because I didn't have 2-factor authentication. The hacker changed all my account details, and I was locked out. After contacting support, I regained access quickly. Recently, trying to play Call of Duty, I discovered I was permanently banned, even though I have never cheated. I suspect the ban stems from when my account was hacked, and the hacker cheated on my account. I have proof of the account takeover and communication with Blizzard. Unfortunately, support claims the ban is final, as Activision bans cheaters thoroughly. Despite spending money on the game, I feel it's unjust to suffer due to the security breach. If an unban is impossible, I hope for a refund. I've exhausted all options seeking resolution, and I am reaching out in hopes of finding assistance from anyone at Activision.

I have been attempting to reach customer service all day. I am writing to report that my account "BeanieGandi" has been banned. Three weeks ago, my Warzone account was compromised after encountering a disruptive player in a random squads match. Despite my account being returned last night, upon signing in, I was shocked to discover it had been banned. I assure you that I did not violate any terms of service and have no intention of doing so. Being a victim of hacking, I would never engage in exploiting a game. I play games honorably, without cheating or glitching. Please expedite your response and kindly lift the ban on my account. It's probable that the hacker misused my account to exploit the game, and I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter promptly. Best regards, BeanieGandi.

On Sunday, April 11th around 8PM, while playing online with friends, I encountered an issue. I was unexpectedly kicked out of the game, directed to the home screen, and prompted with a message stating changes had been made to my account. Upon trying to log back in, I received an error indicating my email and password were invalid. Subsequently, I received two emails on my phone confirming that my email had been changed to [redacted] and another email mentioning my account had been connected to a Battle account with a blank name, alterations I did not initiate. I promptly submitted a support ticket to Activision to request assistance in recovering my account. Despite six business days passing, I am yet to receive a response from Activision. I am eager to regain access to my account.

I returned home after being away for the weekend only to find out that my PC had automatically updated Call of Duty: Warzone while I was gone. When I tried to play with my friends, we encountered connection issues as the game wouldn't start when I was in the lobby. Despite my internet connection being stable and passing internet speed tests, my in-game ping skyrocketed from 49ms to 350ms, making it impossible to play. I have double-checked that it's not an internet problem by testing other games successfully. I'm perplexed as to why this is happening since I am not a skilled player, and neither I nor my fiancé engage in cheating activities. Could my IP address be banned, or is there some other issue causing this disruption? I really just want to enjoy playing the game. My PC is connected via Ethernet, so the problem doesn't seem to be related to the internet connection.

I took a break from playing Warzone, but upon logging back in, I found myself on my Blizzard.net account, losing all my progress and items. After discovering an old email stating my PSN account was unlinked from my Activision Account, I tried to sign back in without success, constantly redirected to my Blizzard account. Now, when attempting to play, I'm stuck on a "Searching for match <350ms" loop for hours. It seems someone is misusing my account for cheating. I submitted an account recovery request a week ago, but I'm worried the support team won't fully grasp the issue. Due to traveling and being occupied, I didn't notice my account was compromised earlier. Receiving assistance is crucial as I had put significant effort into my account. I aim to enable two-factor authentication once I regain access. Thank you for your understanding and help in resolving this matter.

I recently received a ban for using cheats that I downloaded recently, which I acknowledge was a terrible decision. Unfortunately, this ban means I can no longer play the game that I have invested a lot of time and money into. I'm deeply sorry for my actions and understand if I may not be granted another chance due to violating the rules. I have already removed the cheats and would like the opportunity to continue playing. Losing over $[redacted]-$[redacted], all my progress, and a month of playtime has made me regret my actions. My Activision ID is Djw#[redacted], and my Battle.net is Djwrules.
