Hello, I'm Shawn Adams. I encountered an issue when trying to connect to play Warzone. A message appeared stating I was permanently banned from Modern Warfare servers. I am puzzled as I have only been playing Cold War Zombies lately. I suspect my account may have been hacked causing this ban. This has happened to me before and it took some time to resolve. I am seeking assistance to lift the ban on my account, allowing me to play Warzone again. Moreover, I would appreciate the option to reset my password for added security on my account. I am concerned about being hacked again without knowing the reason for the ban. Thank you.

I received an email at 11:44 a.m. stating that my payment had failed. When I returned home, ready to play, I was prompted to accept terms and sign in to my Activision account. After attempting to recover my account via email, I created a new one with the gamer ID freshin10z[redacted]. I made a purchase on 2/19/[redacted] for Cold War, the battle pass 3 for $9.99, and an Ak47/bullfrog blueprint. My progress was at prestige 1 level 25 and battle pass tier 43. Unfortunately, I lost all my Modern Warfare items, including guns and skins. I have proof of purchase, the email from today, and a purchase history. I had to create another account with the ID freshin10z[redacted] before learning how to recover my original account. I can't use my preferred email, so I'll share it here: [redacted] This concerns Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Cold War; my account was compromised. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

While away during the early days of the pandemic, my brother and I shared an account that we had initially created on Xbox and then transferred to PC. Our joint efforts in developing our profile meant a lot to us, with much dedication and time invested. Unfortunately, after a break from gaming over the summer, we returned to find our account banned. This has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening as we believe we have not violated any rules. The loss of all the progress we made is profoundly disappointing, especially given our recent inactivity. We are unsure of the cause for the ban and are desperate to have our account reinstated. It seems unjust considering our long-standing involvement with the game. Despite creating a new account to continue playing, technical issues are preventing us from enjoying the game. As longtime fans of the Call of Duty series, this situation has left us feeling deeply upset.

In late November [redacted], I encountered an issue logging into my Activision account on Cold War. Despite attempting various login credentials, I was unable to access my account. After initiating an account recovery process with Activision support, I was informed of a delay, and unfortunately, I did not receive any further updates. Throughout December, my attempts to seek support from Activision were unsuccessful as the support page was consistently inaccessible. In a recent chat session with a support representative, I reiterated my situation, but have yet to see a resolution even after 5 months. I would appreciate assistance in recovering my account and COD points, or alternatively, seeking financial compensation. Let me know if you need more details.

Hello GetHuman, I recently recovered my Activision account. However, they are not allowing me to remove the Xbox account link due to recent changes. I've been unsuccessful in contacting Activision via phone and live chat. I read that you can assist with Activision issues. I am requesting help to remove my current Xbox account link from MKSpektre#[redacted], reset it, and link the Xbox Account GT: SpektreHD. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello dear Activision Support,
I wanted to start playing today, but I noticed a long search for matches. After googling, I discovered that I have been shadow banned, but I am unsure of the reason and the duration. My Battle.net account was hacked yesterday, but after contacting Blizzard support, it was restored. I am perplexed as to why I am now shadow banned. Please reach out to Blizzard Support for confirmation.

My account was compromised by a user called "swankyorc." He managed to hack my account, linked his BattleNet, and despite me unlinking it, he somehow relinked it. Now, I have to wait 12 months to remove him. Since March 13th, he has been playing on my account, affecting my kill-to-death ratio and wins. It's clear he is cheating, and I fear the consequences. Whenever I try to log into Modern Warfare, he kicks me out, stating only one person can be logged in. I am desperate for assistance. I'm an aspiring streamer with the original name TakeOverTe and a logo. I don't want to lose all my progress due to a hacker. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I recently received an email regarding my YahooMail account, but the issue is with my [redacted] account. I used it while in the USA, and now that I'm back in Peru, I see that my account is banned, and I can't access it. I am 48 years old and never had such a problem before. I use this account to buy items in the game, not for illegal activities. I suspect someone may have stolen my IP address or something similar, as my account is low-profile. I don't play aggressively, and I don't cheat. I spend on the game because I enjoy it, not to cheat. It's unfair that cheaters with hacks can access while honest players like me face account issues. I've been with you for years without any problems. Please, help me resolve this situation. It's not fair that cheaters can stay while I, a legitimate player, am locked out. I hope you can review my records or whatever is needed. I play honestly, and if you look, I don't even get more than 3 kills; I'm 48 years old.

This past Sunday, someone gained access to my email and attempted to take control of my gaming accounts. Despite failing on most, the hacker succeeded in changing the email linked to my Blizzard account, resulting in me losing access to it and all the games I purchased. After contacting Blizzard support, I managed to regain access to my account, but not before the hacker spent [redacted] of my COD points on a bundle. However, upon logging in the next day, I discovered that my account on Cold War had been permanently banned.
I suspected the ban was due to the hacker using mods or hacks, but upon checking my recent matches on callofduty.com, it showed no activity during the unauthorized access. Confused and unable to get assistance from Blizzard or Activision support, I find myself locked out of a game I invested both money and time in. Despite reaching out through various channels, including phone and social media, I have yet to receive a helpful response. I even have evidence of my communication with Blizzard and screenshots of the recent matches as proof.

I recently discovered unauthorized charges made on my credit card after my son took it while I was sleeping and spent $99.00 multiple times. Despite contacting Apple, they promised a refund within 48 hours, which never came. After several follow-ups, they denied my refund and directed me to Call of Duty. I'm reaching out for assistance in getting my money back for the charges made without permission. My son, a young gamer, mistakenly used my card for purchases on the game, which I've addressed. Please refund the unauthorized charges and disable the app as my son will not be using it again. Thank you.

I recently discovered that someone had gained access to my Activision account and unlinked my Battlenet account. I received an email notifying me of this activity and followed the instructions to contact Activision Support through a form. Even after changing my password and enabling Two Factor Authentication, I couldn't unlink the accounts due to an ongoing case. Despite reaching out via Twitter and Facebook with no response, my case was unexpectedly closed without resolving my issue. When I finally connected with a support agent after a lengthy wait, I was informed that my account had been banned without any chance of appeal. This situation is frustrating as I have invested a significant amount of money and time in this game. I hope Activision can assist me in restoring my account to its previous state by unlinking the false account and reconnecting my genuine Battlenet account.

I am an avid COD player and I have noticed a pattern of good and bad games, as reflected in my stats. While I do not engage in hacking, I have been accused of it on death comms. I believe I have been wrongly banned due to these hackusations. Despite my efforts to play fair, I have encountered multiple hackers in consecutive games, which has been frustrating. I took a break hoping that the SBMM would reset. I urge the Activision Staff to review my case and lift the ban, as I have genuinely worked hard to improve my skills and unlock all my guns and camos legitimately. I have invested a considerable amount of time playing without any hacks, achieving 28 wins through a combination of luck and skill. I have been influenced by various streamers and have even recorded gameplay on Xbox to prove my innocence. I stream on FB Live under the name "Bravo6" if you would like to view my gameplay clips. I sincerely hope to have my account reinstated to continue enjoying Warzone.
Best Regards,
Bravo6

I need assistance in unlinking a hacker's PlayStation account from my Activision account. The hacker linked their account (s__vh) to mine, and took control of my Activision account (F T O S H#[redacted]). I have unsuccessfully tried to unlink their PlayStation account from my Activision account multiple times. My main account, under the email ([redacted]), was hacked. I am reaching out for help as all my previous requests have been rejected. My alternate contact email for this matter is ([redacted]). Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

My Activision account was hacked or stolen sometime between Sunday night (3/28/21) and Monday morning (3/29/21). I first noticed the problem when I tried to play on Monday night around 8:30 pm. The last time I played was on Sunday at 6:00 pm. Despite multiple attempts to log in, I received errors stating my credentials were invalid. Trying to reset my password resulted in no email for the reset. I did not receive any notifications about changes to my email or password. Upon visiting the Activision support page, I found no available support options like phone numbers or live chats. After searching online for similar experiences, I resorted to contacting Activision Support on Twitter. Despite following their instructions to submit an Account Recovery Form, I received a generic email stating my issue would be resolved in ten days. To escalate the process, I continued reaching out on Twitter and attempted to submit multiple trouble tickets, only to be met with a message indicating an existing case. The lack of customer service has left me frustrated, especially since someone else is using my account with my progress and purchases. I am eager to regain control of my account with all my data intact.

I have been playing Warzone since its release. I originally played on Xbox before transitioning to PC. My KD ratio on Xbox was approximately 1.8 or 1.9. When I switched to PC, it took me about a year to adjust, and my KD ratio improved to around 2.1. I play regularly after work and sometimes with my children on weekends. I am baffled by the sudden ban on my account! I stream all my games on Twitch or Facebook Gaming. While in the middle of a game, I was abruptly disconnected and banned without any explanation. I did not receive any messages or emails detailing the reason for the ban. This situation is frustrating considering the amount of time and money I have invested in the game. I would appreciate an explanation for the ban as I am confident that I have not violated any rules. Please provide clarification.

I encountered an issue when trying to log into my Battle.net account to play Warzone. Upon accessing the activation page, my login credentials were not accepted. Despite attempting to reset my password, I received a message saying there was no account associated with my email address. I am certain that my account is under Razins, but I could not locate the corresponding account details. I tried accessing my account through the companion app and a web browser, but encountered the same problem. Surprisingly, when I logged in on my Xbox, the account displayed was linked to a different user named Ike with a new email address ([redacted]). This situation indicates that my account may have been compromised by this individual. I am unable to reset my account information without access to the associated email address.

I recently received an email notifying me that my Activision account was unlinked. When I attempted to log in later, I realized my email and password were not working, possibly due to the account being hacked and the email changed. I created a new account with my original email, confirming that the previous email was no longer linked to any Activision account. I have submitted an account recovery request with the compromised email and have since updated my account to a new secure email to facilitate the recovery process. I trust that Activision will have the necessary records to restore my account to its state before the hack occurred. The email provided below is the one associated with the compromised account, and you can also reach me at [redacted] for further communication. I appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account. Thank you for your support.

Hello, I have a serious issue with someone who has accessed my Activision account and is playing with it. They have taken my account to level [redacted] from my original level 0. I put money into your application and now all my weapons are back to level 0 when they were nearly maxed out. The person took over my account around 4-5 pm yesterday. Their username is AQ_QW07. I messaged them, warning that I will contact you, and they just replied with a smiley. I request that you regain control of my account and ensure that I get my game back as I left it. Otherwise, I will have to involve someone to handle electronic fraud quickly. I have spent money on packs and the time to complete challenges. My ID is medhi22440. There are now two people using it: one at level [redacted] (clt) with the same ID and me at level 3. I have screenshots and messages from him. Have you encountered this issue before? I know many people have complained about it. Here is my phone number [redacted]. If I don't receive a call or response soon, I will proceed with legal action for breach of data and digital address. Sincerely, Mr. Floury.

I recently got banned from playing zombies on Firebase Z while preparing for Outbreak with my friends. The game crashed, prompting me to Scan & Repair or Quit. This has happened multiple times, and upon attempting to fix it, I found a yellow Account Banned message. I'm unsure why this is happening. The only programs I consciously run are Nvidia Control Panel (which I noticed needs an update), Discord, necessary audio software, Logitech Mouse application, and a few other gaming-related tools. I also use MSI Afterburner, Chrome, and had recently reset a part of my overclock by clearing the BIOS to troubleshoot the issue. Even after performing the Scan & Repair, my ban remains. I want to clarify that I have not purchased any cheats for Cold War. I am uncertain if the bans result from frequent crashes or a background program. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you, Martin.
