I am a retired soldier who has sustained injuries during combat and have been using prescribed 5% Lidocaine patches since [redacted]. Unfortunately, the patches do not stay on my shoulders, neck, and lower back as needed, despite applying them as directed. I have tried different tapes but they do not work well either. Maintaining these patches is crucial for managing my chronic pain, which has worsened over the years. I am reaching out for help in finding a solution to keep the patches in place. This issue is affecting my daily life significantly, and I am in need of a long-term fix. If you have any suggestions or recommendations, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you for your understanding. -C.J.

I recently got a prescription filled for Lidocaine Patch 5%, which I've used before without issues. However, this time the patches are excessively sticky around the edges, making them hard to remove from the packaging without leaving glue on my hands. The patches are mushy and difficult to apply, offering no numbness as expected. Removing them leaves sticky residue on my skin. When I discussed this with the Walmart pharmacist, he couldn't assist and suggested contacting the manufacturer. I purchased the patches out-of-pocket after my insurance, United Health Care Advantage Medicare, declined coverage. I simply request a replacement for the faulty box. I've attempted to use five patches from the box, but all had the same issue. I suspect they may have been exposed to high temperatures. The product details are NDC 0[redacted]-30, Lot #[redacted]88, EXP 06/[redacted], SN [redacted][redacted]. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Mary Hawkins, [redacted] Misty Morning Way, Savannah, GA. [redacted]. [redacted], [redacted]. Please reach me at the provided home number to discuss. Thank you.

My Family Physician recommended the Lidocaine Patch 5% (Product # NDC [redacted] [redacted]-11) for me. When applying it, the side facing out sticks to my clothing and bunches up, making it not stay in place. I've attempted various methods to prevent the patch from sticking, but even using Saran Wrap hasn't been effective. I purchased the box for just under $80.00, and unfortunately, my insurance didn't cover the cost. Any tips on how to keep the patch in place would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using the Clonidine Transdermal system for 5 months now. In the last 3 boxes, the adhesive covers had very little adhesive, making them unusable. I had to buy expensive replacements at $31.00 for 4 covers. I already pay $33.00 for my prescription, so this extra cost is challenging. Could I please receive 12 replacement adhesive covers considering the ones provided were ineffective? Thank you for your assistance.

It appears that there is a shortage of Actavis Testosterone Topical Gel as I've had trouble getting my monthly prescribed bottle. I did manage to find some at a local Walgreen's with an expiration date of 2/[redacted]. However, my usual pharmacy and others are unable to restock it, and Actavis Labs cannot provide a timeline for when it will be back in stock. I'm left wondering if Actavis has decided to discontinue this medication or if it's simply affected by current drug shortages.
