Pharmacies such as Walgreens have carried Actavis pharmaceutical products like Oxycodone A-[redacted] for years. However, when it comes to managing cancer pain, other brands don't seem to work as well for me. I reached out to an Actavis representative who mentioned the products are available but need to be ordered by the pharmacy. After discussing this with the pharmacist, it seems uncertain if they will have Actavis products next month. I am unsure of the plan moving forward or why there may be an issue with availability.

I have been taking Actavis hydrocodone, the white pills with "Watson [redacted]" imprinted on them, for 20 years without any adverse side effects. Other brands like Mallinckrodt have caused severe allergic reactions in me, affecting my vision, causing swelling, stinging, and mental health issues. I belong to the less than 1% of individuals who have life-threatening reactions to all steroids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories. The positive results of Actavis Watson [redacted] have significantly improved my quality of life by effectively managing severe spine nerve damage, migraines, and stomach nerve issues. I rely on this medication, but I've heard rumors that this brand may no longer be available. I hope to find a pharmacy that stocks this specific medication. Thank you for providing a high-quality product that has alleviated my suffering. - T. R.

Recently, I've noticed that Walgreens has changed the oxycodone brand from Actavis to Camber, and unfortunately, they are causing me discomfort and not effectively managing my pain. I suspect it might be related to gluten, as I have similar reactions to it. I inquired about obtaining Actavis, but the pharmacist mentioned they were out of stock or no longer producing them, leaving me in a difficult situation. This has left me contemplating switching to a different pharmacy in the Maitland, Florida area if this issue persists. I'm disappointed by this situation and wondering if there is a way to better address the needs of a paying customer like myself.

Subject: Concern About Testosterone Product Quality
I recently resumed my Testosterone injections after a break and obtained a vial of Testosterone Cypionate Injection from Walgreens in Plano, TX around 3.5 months ago. Following the prescribed dosage, my recent testosterone test showed a slight decrease in levels. My doctor adjusted the dosage, but upon using a newly prescribed product, I noticed a significant difference in clarity and viscosity compared to your product. After switching back, I finally started feeling the effects of the treatment after over three months. It seems the initial vial I received may have been faulty, and I would like to address this issue for future users. I hope there can be some resolution through Walgreens.
Best,
Eric Hall

Hello, my name is Lisa. I am a retired Paramedic/Firefighter. After being stung by a fire ant, my health has significantly deteriorated due to having Fibromyalgia and MS. I have been relying on your Carisoprodol brand medication for many years. Recently, I faced difficulty obtaining it as my usual pharmacy switched to another generic brand that I am allergic to. I practice extreme caution with my medications due to allergies and because I also need to take morphine for my conditions. Your brand of Carisoprodol has been the only one I haven't had an allergic reaction to. I am reaching out to inquire if there is a way to have the medication mailed directly to my doctor for pickup. I understand it may be a long shot but I hope you can assist me. Thank you for your consideration. - Lisa H.

Hello, I'm Lisa, a retired Paramedic/Firefighter. Unfortunately, being stung by a fire ant caused long-term health issues that even impacted my ability to walk for a year. With Fibromyalgia and MS, I have relied on your Carisoprodol brand for years. Recently, obtaining it has become challenging due to generic substitutions. I have experienced severe allergic reactions with other generics, making me apprehensive about trying new ones. I manage my medications carefully due to allergies to opioids and am not dependent on Carisoprodol. I am seeking help to possibly have the medicine sent directly to my doctor as my appointment is approaching. Your brand is the only one that hasn't caused allergic reactions. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for considering my situation. - Lisa H.

I used to receive Actavis brand oxycodone 7.5's from Walgreen's in Spokane, WA. Recently, there have been changes at the pharmacy, and they informed me that they no longer carry Actavis. I have tried different generic medications as replacements, but none have been as effective or caused as few side effects as Actavis/Watson. I understand that not all generics are equal due to my past experiences with various brands. Dealing with a wide range of side effects from these changes has been frustrating. I am seeking assistance in obtaining Actavis or Watson products specifically from a local pharmacy to manage my chronic pain more effectively. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated as I struggle with pain daily and seek reliable relief through quality medication. Thank you, Lori.

I am having difficulty finding pharmacies that carry Actavis products other than Walgreen. When using GoodRx, I can only find affordable prices for the generic version of Alprazolam, both immediate release and extended release (Actavis Alprazolam XR). Other manufacturers that supply Kroger, The Medicine Shoppe, and many other pharmacies stock what I consider to be inferior medications with chemical compounds that are not as effective. I am puzzled by how GoodRx benefits patients with these medications. I am interested in learning if Actavis has any programs that could help locate pharmacies that carry their medications. Please get in touch with me at your earliest convenience.

I recently filled my prescription for MS Contin ER 60mg at Meijer in Michigan, where they carry your brand. However, I have noticed that your Morphine Sulfate ER 60mg doesn't last the full 12 hours for me. I experience hot flashes at night and need to take fast-acting morphine to get through. I used to take Mallinckrodt's ER 60mg with no issue. It's frustrating having to go to different stores due to manufacturers. I wish there was more consideration for people relying on these medications for quality of life. It's important for companies to prioritize customers over profits. My hope is that decision-makers will understand that compassion is more valuable than money. Thank you. - T, email: [redacted]

I reside in South Florida, and my health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield requires me to use Walgreen's Pharmacies for my prescriptions. Due to severe Degenerative Arthritis and a history of back surgery, I rely on Norco (Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 10/[redacted]) for pain management. Initially, the Actavis manufacturer worked well for me, but Walgreen's switched to Tris Pharma in September [redacted]. The Tris Pharma version of my medication has been causing severe side effects, including fogginess, lethargy, stomach pains, and inadequate pain relief. Despite initially accommodating my request for Actavis, Walgreen's recently informed me that Actavis is no longer distributing my medication, leaving me no choice but to use the Tris Pharma version. This situation is not just about cost but about the well-being and quality of life of customers like myself. I urgently need to clarify the status with Actavis and address this issue to ensure my health and safety. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am currently using your Lidocaine Patch 5%, which I understand is the generic alternative to Lidoderm by Endo. Unfortunately, your brand's adhesion to my skin is quite poor. It falls off easily, especially if I cover up with a blanket or move around at night. I never had this issue with the Lidoderm patch from Endo. I have tried various methods to keep it on but nothing seems to work. The material is thin, and the adhesive doesn't stick well. I have a chronic illness called Segawa syndrome, which causes muscle spasms for most of the day. These patches are crucial for managing my pain and helping me sleep. I hope you are working on improving your product, or I may need to look for an alternative.

I have been using Cartia XT 180mg for a while now, and it has been effective for me when other medications like diltiazem didn't work. However, the recent change from Actavis to Teva/Actavis has caused some side effects that I'm struggling with. I haven't been able to get a clear answer on this issue. I wonder if the original Cartia XT will be produced again or if there are any remaining supplies available through a different retailer. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a resolution soon.

I am Brenda Cooper, a 68-year-old with narcolepsy from North Carolina. I've been prescribed generic Methylphenidate (Ritalin) 20 mg tablets, taking 2 tablets twice daily. Previously, Watson's peach colored, scored Ritalin worked for me. I have tried other colors, but they are ineffective, making it hard for me to function without falling asleep. I am reaching out for help as I am struggling to find the peach colored Ritalin with "20" imprinted on one side. Local pharmacies only carry white and yellow ones, which do not work for me. Even a pale orange one ordered by Cannon pharmacy was not effective. I am desperate to find the right medication that suits my condition. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. Brenda Cooper.

I have been experiencing hallucinations for nearly two months and recently started taking Vraylar, which has significantly improved my focus and stopped the frightening hallucinations. Unfortunately, the cost after insurance is around $[redacted] for a month's supply. As a struggling college senior, this expense is challenging. I believe this medication could help me graduate, but I can't afford it. I am reaching out to request a 30-day sample to get me through the semester until I can find a more affordable option. My psychologist is unavailable, and this is my last hope. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide during this difficult time.

Hello, I rely on a specific Actavis product called Zolpidem ER 12.5mg which I usually pick up at my local Walgreens in Dunwoody, GA. Today, I was informed by the pharmacist that they currently have no stock of this medication and are uncertain if they will restock in the future. This particular generic brand is the only one that effectively works for me, unlike others. I'm unsure if the product is back-ordered or if Walgreens has decided to discontinue purchasing from the manufacturer. I'm confused about the situation and would appreciate any clarification you can provide. Thank you.

I have been using Metoprolol ER Succinate 25MG tablets produced by Actavis for over 2 1/2 years. Recently, I discovered that Actavis has discontinued the specific one I have been taking, the oval white tablet with Side 1: Logo M. When switching medications, I experience severe reactions. The pharmacist provided me with a smaller tablet (Metoprolol ER Succinate 25MG Tablet, oval white with Side 1: LOGO Side 2: A9), which is noticeably smaller than my usual medication. Could you please inform me of the substitute for the discontinued tablet? I hope that this new pill, also manufactured by Actavis, contains the same ingredients as the one I was previously taking. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Walgreens recently changed my Metoprolol Succinate ER 25 mg from Actavis to Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, but my blood pressure has spiked after a few days on the new medication. They explained there's a shortage of the Actavis brand, so they switched to Dr. Reddy's and won't provide a different brand. My cardiologist suggested doubling the Dr. Reddy's dosage to check if my blood pressure improves, with a follow-up appointment tomorrow. I'm looking for ways to obtain the Actavis brand as I've been a loyal Walgreens customer for four decades and feel frustrated by their lack of assistance.

I have been using Levalbuterol tartrate HFA 45mcg inhalers and have refilled them three times. Unfortunately, they stop working after a few uses. I have spoken to my pharmacy, and they advised me to reach out to your company for assistance. I do not have insurance, so I pay for these inhalers in cash. Each inhaler costs $53.09, and I have bought three so far. I am experienced in using inhalers as I have been using them for years. Although I do not have the first prescription, I have the last two inhalers and their respective boxes. I would appreciate a quick response to help me with this issue.

I have been using the Actavis Lidocaine patch for my wife's back pain. Although it helps with the pain, the issue is that it does not stay on well. I have tried taping it on, but it is costly and time-consuming. Can you suggest any tips or tricks to make it stick better in the future for my wife and others facing the same problem? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Hello,
I currently have a prescription for Testosterone 25 MG/2.5GM (1%) 2.5 x30 Gel ACTA. When I fill the prescription, I receive a 90-day supply, which costs close to $[redacted].00. Despite having insurance, my out-of-pocket expense is around $[redacted].00 due to our high deductible plan. After using the medication for 6 months, I paused due to the high cost, only to realize later I needed it. I've resumed usage and noticed a positive change in how I feel after about two months. I've discussed alternative options with my doctor, but the daily gel proves most effective. Is there any way to reduce the cost?
Thank you,
Scott
