During my kitchen renovation, I purchased the WMH78019HWH WHIR Micro Hd 1.9cuft Wh 1100w Conv microwave oven from your company. Unfortunately, the first one was defective (order # [redacted]NELU), and you agreed to replace it. The second one (order # [redacted]TMBC) also arrived defective, and you agreed to replace it. Shockingly, the third one (order # [redacted]XGOM) was also defective, but I decided to keep it despite the damage and mount it on the wall. I have pictures documenting the defects of all three microwaves. This situation has caused me significant financial loss and emotional stress. It led to delays in my renovation, additional compensation for my contractor, and lost rental income for weeks. I believe I am entitled to compensation for this ordeal.
