Since Thanksgiving [redacted], I have been renting a stove. Though there have been some issues, the rental experience has been satisfactory. Yesterday, I called the store to request stopping the payment due that day and to schedule a pick-up of the stove, as I had found a different one my wife prefers. The representative confirmed everything was sorted and that the payment had been canceled. However, to my surprise, this morning, Aaron's charged my card for the full month's rental. Can you please refund the money? Thank you.

I am trying to reach a corporate manager overseeing the store in Plant City. I spoke with Scott yesterday to request not to process my payment as I was away in Ohio for my father's funeral and had my accounts compromised with over $[redacted] taken. Despite my instruction, Scott still processed it, resulting in an NSF charge. When I asked him about it this morning, he seemed dismissive and unapologetic. I've been a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount with your company, and this treatment is unacceptable. Scott has disregarded customer requests before without consequences. Once my loans are settled, I won't return as a customer or recommend your services. I had plans to purchase a bedroom set and appliances, but now I'm reconsidering. I require a manager to contact me to address this issue and request reimbursement for the NSF charge due to Scott's negligence.

My gas oven has a broken latch on the door. Two Aaron's representatives visited my home but neither knew how to fix it. One of them said he needed to go back to the store to figure it out but never returned. When I called the local store, Jessica informed me he was off until Monday. She mentioned sending the oven out for repairs if they couldn't fix it and providing a loaner. I voiced concern about the additional cost for disconnecting and reconnecting the gas line, as I had already paid for this service when the oven was installed. I don't want to pay for it again.

I received my order from Aaron's, but unfortunately, during delivery, my house was damaged by the delivery guys. They broke vases, spilled my dog's food and water, and tried to force a couch into my home, resulting in temporary furniture I did not want. After contacting the regional manager and the local store in Pottstown, PA on Shoemaker Road, I was informed that I should receive new furniture and repairs for the damages. However, I have been told I need to choose something of equal or lesser value and that I shouldn't be charged for the temporary items. Despite placing another order, I am still waiting for updates and resolution, as my account shows as past due when it shouldn't be. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly.

I have had a long-standing relationship with Aaron's over several years, leasing multiple products. I recently ordered a desktop computer for school, but my experience with an associate named Tyler when arranging delivery was disappointing. Despite my difficult year dealing with personal losses, he questioned me inappropriately and insisted on setting up easy pay, mentioning my past late payments. Feeling unfairly treated and disrespected, I find it unacceptable to be judged and required to set up easy pay without my consent. I spoke with the store manager, Mike, about my upcoming move, but Tyler's intrusive questioning about my address and past payment issues was disrespectful. I am requesting the immediate cancellation of the desktop order due to this treatment. I believe Tyler's behavior is not suitable for customer service. My spouse and I visited the store recently to exchange a new washer and dryer due to the washer making a rattling noise when in use. During the process, we adjusted the payment schedule for convenience. I spoke with Misty on the phone to explain that my spouse's paycheck would be short, causing us to be unable to make the full payment. Misty suggested paying $89 now and the rest the following Friday, to which I agreed. However, I underestimated the impact on our overall payment schedule. We have been loyal customers for years, paying off numerous furniture items through your store. Due to the unforeseen shortfall in my spouse's paycheck, we are requesting to make the payment for the washer and dryer on July 22nd. This situation is unusual for us, and we appreciate your understanding.

I am writing to report an incident involving a store associate who came to my home in Lakeland, FL this evening. My 7-year-old son, who knows not to open the door for strangers, was told by the associate that he needed to inform me about their visit. Later, my son was distraught saying, "my daddy is not going to jail." It seems the associate mentioned that I needed to pay a bill or face going to jail, which is shocking and unacceptable. This experience has left my son traumatized, adding unnecessary stress to our situation. While I understand the need to settle bills, the way this was handled was completely inappropriate, especially towards a child. I have pictures of the associate and their personal vehicle, despite the visit happening after the store's closing hours.

I recently made a payment at the Norwich CT store, and my Netspend account reversed the transaction, alleging it was due to a dispute. I did not initiate any dispute with them or send a letter regarding this matter. On March 25th, I noticed that you had refunded the money, which I saw in my online account. Today, when I spoke with the store, they mentioned a refund made on the same date to the card that ends in [redacted]. However, when I spoke with a Netspend supervisor, they claimed that no refund had been processed. Could you please verify if the refund has been processed on your end to assist me in resolving this issue?

I recently had our new sectional delivered on Thursday evening, and unfortunately, my daughter slept on it that same night. The next morning, she woke up with a few bites on her. I assumed it might be something else, so she slept on it again last night, only to wake up with more bites this morning. To my horror, I found a bed bug in the sofa. The sectional is in a terribly dirty condition, covered in dog hair, and should not have been rented out in this state. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I request for it to be removed from my house promptly before I have no choice but to place it outside.

I received furniture on Thursday evening and my daughter slept on it on Friday night. She woke up with a few bumps, which I initially attributed to tiredness or a possible allergic reaction. When she slept on it again last night, she woke up with bites, prompting me to investigate. I found a bug in the couch, which was dirty and filled with dog hair. This situation is unacceptable as the couch should not have been rented out in such a condition - it is also broken. I have taken pictures of the issue for reference.

I need to return an unused riding mower that has been pending for 6 weeks. I work long hours in healthcare, making it hard to answer the manager's calls during working hours. I have asked the staff to convey my message about scheduling the pick up to the manager, Janae, numerous times, but she still hasn't arranged it. My voicemail specifically asks for the pick-up date to be scheduled, but it seems to be ignored. I am frustrated and cannot continue paying for the lease since the pick up is not being scheduled promptly. I can only check my voicemail during breaks or after work. Janae needs to understand and address this issue promptly.

We have been attempting to have our washer machine fixed by Aaron’s for over four months. Despite numerous calls to their store, they finally took the machine. Unfortunately, after their visit, the machine remains non-functional. Aaron’s claimed they could not do anything as we had already paid for the machine. We feel frustrated as they repeatedly promised to send someone to repair it, which never happened. Consequently, we are left with a non-working machine even though we have paid in full for it.

I recently rented a washer and dryer set from Aaron's in New Boston, Ohio. My payment was due yesterday, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't make the $35 payment. When I called this morning to request a few more days, the store manager, Amy, was very rude and threatened legal action. I'm disappointed with the lack of understanding and professionalism. Despite my previous payment and the delays in delivery, I received poor treatment. I believe in customer service standards and hope this incident can be addressed appropriately. I would like a refund and any negative credit report due to this to be rectified. Amy's behavior towards customers reflects poorly on the company. Showing kindness and empathy in customer interactions would benefit everyone, especially given the high costs associated with rent-to-own services. Thank you for addressing my concerns and hopefully improving customer experiences in the future.
