I'm Bryan Grafa. I bought two tickets for the Dispatch/Nahko and Medicine for the People show at Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado on June 17th. The AXS app failed to install despite numerous tries. I'd like guidance on an alternative way to access my $[redacted].00 tickets. I prefer using AXS and would appreciate assistance in getting my tickets. Hello, I have been attempting to reach both AXS and Epic Games customer service for a few days now. I received an email invitation to the Fortnite Pro Am event in Los Angeles. The email contained an invitation code and a link to purchase tickets through the AXS portal. Despite following the steps and attempting to buy two tickets, I realized I entered incorrect card information when prompted for payment. As a result, the transaction did not go through. I tried to refresh the page, but now my invitation code is no longer valid, and I have not received the tickets. I am eager to attend this event with my girlfriend before we leave for Minnesota, and it is scheduled for tomorrow. Could you please advise on how I can secure the tickets? I purchased tickets for the 3-day Labor Day event in Snowmass Village, CO, and opted for standard wristband delivery to my address. I learned that the tickets won't be sent until a month before the concert. However, I will not be at the address specified for delivery at that time. I spoke to a representative recently and had the address changed to [redacted] East [redacted] South, Salt Lake City, UT [redacted], where I will be living when the tickets are mailed. My confirmation number is [redacted]. Can you please verify that the address was successfully updated so I can be certain the tickets will reach me at the correct location? Thank you.

I recently bought tickets for Halsey at Red Rocks in Denver, Colorado, but the tickets appear as restricted in my account. On the AXS website where I bought them, it was mentioned that rows 2-4 are non-transferable, but I purchased tickets for row 5. Since I travel frequently for work, I sometimes need to give tickets to my friends if I can't attend the show. I'm hoping to find a way to transfer these tickets if necessary.

I purchased my tickets back in May [redacted], but they have not arrived yet, and the event is just a week away. I contacted AXS customer service at [redacted] and waited on hold for 22 minutes before speaking to a representative. I requested physical tickets to be re-issued and mailed to me due to past issues with e-tickets. However, they mentioned that there wasn't enough time to send physical tickets and refused my request. They did not acknowledge their responsibility for the missing tickets and hung up on me after placing me on hold. I am concerned about traveling to another city for the event and facing ticket issues upon arrival.

Hello - I am following up on my previous inquiry from August 24th regarding a transferred ticket issue. I purchased an extra ticket from my friend, Hana Sunny, for the Snakehips concert in Denver. Hana's confirmation number for the ticket is [redacted]. Although the transfer seems to have been successful based on her account showing only one ticket available, the ticket is not appearing in my axs account. I have received an email confirmation of the transfer, but the ticket is not showing under upcoming events on the app. I would appreciate a prompt response to avoid missing the event, as this has happened in the past. I am awaiting a response for my initial inquiry regarding a transferred ticket missing from the AXS app. I reached out on Sept. 10th, and was advised a reply would be sent within 24-48 hours. It has been 2 days, and I have yet to receive any communication. I purchased tickets for the DPR Live concert at Terminal 5 in NYC on October 5th, [redacted]. I attempted to transfer these tickets to my friend, but they are not visible on either of our AXS accounts. Although my account indicates the transfer was successful, he is unable to see them. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Hello, I purchased tickets for the ATP finals during the pre-sale, which I've done for the past 5 years. I've consistently received the same 4 seats each time, which is disappointing. I recently noticed that if I were to buy tickets now for the same price, I could get closer seats to the front. Every year, my group of 4 attends, and we always end up in viewing area [redacted], far from the stage. We're going for the evening session on the 12th and the full day on the 13th. I'm struggling to see the benefit of booking early in March when I could have better seats now. Can you assist in changing our tickets for better seats? I have a meet and greet ticket for Fortunate Youth at the Novo Theater on Wed, Nov 21. I purchased the Meet and Greet first since it's limited. When I tried to get a ticket for the GA Floor, the website showed a price but then timed out immediately. It didn't say it was sold out. I am ADA and need to sit in that section, even though I got a GA floor ticket. I was advised to inform the customer service supervisor to help me with this. I've resolved this issue on my 5th try, but I'm curious why it kept timing out before. Thank you for your help. - Leslie P.

I have a Meet and Greet ticket for Fortunate Youth at the Novo Theater on Wednesday, November 21st. I first purchased the Meet and Greet ticket as it had limited availability. When I tried to also buy a General Admission (GA) Floor ticket for the concert, the website timed out after showing the price without indicating that it was sold out. I require ADA seating on the floor even with a GA ticket. I have been advised to speak with the customer service supervisor for accommodation. I am new to the Novo and need assistance obtaining the GA Floor ticket since the website is not allowing me to complete the purchase. Kindly provide guidance at your earliest convenience. I am extremely disappointed with AXS Tickets, a third-party vendor for T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Despite the great events held at the venue, my experience with AXS Tickets' customer service has been the worst. As a Las Vegas local and a member of the military, I purchased tickets for my favorite band, Metallica, well in advance. Despite my efforts to secure these tickets for my son, a devoted Metallica fan, I was shocked to find out that AXS Tickets had cancelled my tickets without a valid explanation. Despite contacting customer service, the lack of response and clarity regarding the refund process has been frustrating. I am deeply upset by the lack of communication and customer service from AXS Tickets and feel that they have ruined our long-awaited event experience. I hope that T-Mobile Arena can address these issues and prevent others from facing similar disappointments caused by AXS Tickets. I have a question regarding the Greyson Chance concert at the Roxy Theater. I bought a ticket on the first day they were released, assuming there would be no VIP packages for Los Angeles. Today, I checked again and found out there is VIP available that includes general admission. I am disappointed that I already purchased a regular ticket and now others can buy VIP with general admission without needing to buy two tickets. Will there be an upgrade available soon? If not, since there are no refunds, would my only option be to sell my ticket? I wish there was info on the axs site about VIP packages when tickets were released to avoid this situation. I feel frustrated, please assist.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I have emailed your team four times without a response and when I tried calling, the individual I spoke to was unhelpful and then left me on hold for over two hours. I attempted to purchase tickets, but encountered an error message and did not receive the tickets despite the payment being deducted from my account. The reviews I have seen online mirror my experience and describe similar situations, leading me to believe that your company may not be trustworthy.

I attempted to buy four tickets to see Dane Cook in Denver, CO this April. I reached the confirmation number stage, but encountered ads that caused me to be disconnected from the website. Unsure if payment was processed, I checked my email that evening and found no confirmation email. Consequently, I bought another set of four tickets. Now, I see two identical charges on my credit card from AXS. Do I now possess eight tickets? How can I retrieve the initial four tickets I purchased? Is it possible for them to locate my purchases using my credit card information?

I purchased two pre-sale tickets for UFC Fight Night London on March 16th. I used the pre-sale code UFC19EPAZANUN at 09:06, but only section [redacted] was available. Shortly after, even those seats disappeared. I then selected "BEST AVAILABLE," but again no sections were returned until 09:14, when I was offered two seats in section [redacted] for £70 each. Due to my knee joint replacement, I need extra legroom. Despite UFC Fight Club mentioning tickets in various sections, I would like to trade my tickets for two seats on the right side of any aisle to accommodate my left leg. I am unsure why I could only buy nosebleed seats so quickly. Did the event sell out in 15 minutes, or was there an issue with the ticketing software? Is there a UK contact number I can call to address this? I am an Amex Platinum member. My son will be disappointed if I can't sit in the seats.

UPDATE: I was able to reach an AXS representative by phone (after a 30-minute wait), who advised me to download the Flash Seats app. It would have been helpful if the website or error message had directed me there. For assistance, contact AXS directly at 1-[redacted], not through the website's calling feature that hides the number. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm required to use a mobile app to access my tickets, but I keep getting a "device not compatible" error when I try. This means I can't even load the app on my phone, leaving me unable to access my paid tickets. Despite contacting support multiple times, I only receive automated "thank you" emails. There seem to be no alternative ticket delivery options. Why is that the case? Surely, I'm not the only one with a 4-year-old phone. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and if given a choice, I won't use this service again. I can't even access an order number without the app. This is a very poorly executed tech solution.

Hello, I'm Donna, a devoted X Factor fan. After last year's show, I promptly purchased 3 tickets, opting for the "best tickets available." I was thrilled when the computer assigned us block A3, row 12, seats 37, 38, and 39. Recently, I discovered that Diamond VIP tickets (priced at around £[redacted] each) had been released closer to the stage. Though tempted to upgrade, I stuck with my original tickets. Upon checking the SSE Arena website, I saw that the Diamond seats had been reclassified as regular tickets (£55 each). I now wish I had chosen them for prime seating at the front of the stage. I wonder if it would be possible to exchange my current tickets for 3 seats in block A3, row 1, seats 37, 38, and 39. I am willing to cover any additional costs incurred for this change. Hello - I have 3 tickets for the George Ezra concert on March 19th at the O2 arena. The tickets are under my name, but unfortunately, I won't be able to attend. It appears that my ticket requires me to present ID upon arrival. I'm curious if it's possible for me to transfer my ticket to someone else so my kids can still enjoy the event.
