Dear AXA Management,
I recently encountered an individual on Facebook claiming to be affiliated with AXA and offering loans. They requested multiple payments, starting with K750 for a customer file, then K550 for insurance, followed by K850 to transfer funds to my bank account, and K1200 to activate the funds. Despite sending the requested amounts in Papua New Guinea currency, the individual insisted on an additional K2800 to unblock a K500,[redacted] transfer. They identified themselves as Sandrine Couedelo Pinault, Managing Director of AXA Bank. I have refrained from making the last payment, feeling suspicious about the legitimacy of the process. Concerned, I seek clarification on the authenticity of these individuals supposedly representing AXA. I have signed some documents they provided. Can these be verified?
As a resident of Papua New Guinea named Charlie R., I doubt whether I am truly an AXA customer as they claim. I would appreciate guidance in deciding whether to proceed with this purported AXA agent. Your assistance in addressing my uncertainties after significant financial loss is crucial.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Charlie R.
Papua New Guinea
