I've made three unsuccessful calls regarding our malfunctioning water heater issue. After their initial repair, it broke down again in two days. We informed them of our intention to purchase a new one and discontinue renting theirs. Assured that they would arrange for its retrieval and stop deductions from our account, no action has been taken, and the payments continue. Despite subsequent follow-up calls, promises of return calls were unmet. It has been four months since, and we are still paying for a non-functional, disconnected water heater. The only request is for them to retrieve the equipment and cease the automatic payments.

We experienced a severe water leak from our hot water tank. A technician was sent out to repair it but didn't finish the job properly. He didn't place a catch pan under the tank, causing water to leak into my bedroom and bathroom, damaging the wooden floor and carpet. I was promised a follow-up to rectify the situation. The technician asked me to complete the job as he lacked the necessary materials on his truck. I have a recorded phone conversation with one of your representatives and sent pictures of the damage. I urgently need someone to contact me to address this issue promptly before legal action becomes necessary.
