I am connecting my Dish receiver HDMI output to the TV successfully when the EzRecorder is off. However, once I turn on the EzRecorder, I am getting a "non-copyable" message. I tried using a splitter between the Dish and the EzRecorder but I am getting no signal on either output. The LEDs on the splitter briefly light up then go out. When I use a 50' HDMI cable from the Dish to the TV (without the EzRecorder) I get no signal, but when I switch to a 6' cable, the signal is fine. I am trying to record football games from my Dish receiver/DVR to another hard drive for playback on my computer and projector. Any assistance is welcome. Should I have gone for your model above the EzRecorder [redacted]? Football season starts on September 1st. Thank you. I am using a SuperSun 1x2 HDMI splitter.

I am using the AverMedia Live Gamer Portable 2 Plus to stream on my Xbox through my PC to incorporate Twitch alerts and overlays. Everything is working well except for the audio, which has a persistent loud high-pitched ringing that is quite bothersome. I use Astro A40's with a mix amp. I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue without success. I have contacted customer support thrice during their listed hours, but unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. I hope to find a solution to this audio problem to avoid having to return the product.

I have owned the Avermedia Live Gamer 4K for approximately four months now, but only recently had the opportunity to use it. I encountered audio problems when capturing footage. While the video quality remains excellent, the audio recorded by the capture card constantly sounds robotic and staticky. Despite dedicating three hours to troubleshooting various settings, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. Considering the time that has passed since my purchase, returning the product is not an option. I am at a loss for what steps to take next.
