Recently, when purchasing a new cell phone from A T&T, I was convinced to sign up for a promotion that included DirectTV, internet, and a landline for only $80. I made the switch from Dish Network anticipating savings and the convenience of a combined bill. However, I never received the consolidated bill as promised. Instead, I am being charged separately for each service, and the total exceeds the agreed-upon $80. Despite contacting customer service multiple times over several months, the issue remains unresolved. Today alone, I was disconnected twice, directed to the wrong personnel by three agents, and spent over four frustrating hours attempting to rectify the situation. This has been an ongoing problem for months, with countless hours wasted on fruitless attempts to find a solution.

For over two months, my phone, number [redacted], from AT&T has been malfunctioning with a lot of noise issues. Despite three attempts by AT&T technicians to fix the problem, including installing a new phone cable, the persistent static sound makes it hard to hear the other person. I am facing an ongoing issue with my business phone line which rings but doesn't allow me to answer the call. AT&T scheduled appointments for Saturday at a law office and Friday when the office is closed, making it impossible for me to be available. This delay in resolving the issue is unacceptable as it impacts my business operations. I urge AT&T to solve the underlying problem by replacing the faulty lines promptly to restore the functionality of my business line.

Our business, Auto Fire & Safety Consultants, has relocated to [redacted] Teaswood Dr. Conroe, TX [redacted] from 35 Promenade N, Montgomery, TX [redacted]. We require our main number, [redacted], and fax number, [redacted], to be moved to this new address. Suddenlink is our internet provider, handling our local landline and fax connectivity. Currently, we have no phone service at the new location due to the server being down, making it impossible to access our account details. To address urgent communication needs, we are looking to expedite the transfer of our phone services. I hope this is the right place to share my frustration. In December [redacted], I was convinced to switch to a business account for 5 new phones for my wife and son to keep our old numbers and upgrade. However, it has been a nightmare. The bills were $[redacted].00 the first month and $[redacted].00 the next. Despite being promised a $[redacted].00 monthly bill, it hasn't happened. I was assured a $50.00 credit for autopay that I never received, even after 4 months. When I called today, I was told a different excuse - that I couldn't get the discount because I receive paper bills. The bill amounts also vary each month, making it hard to trust AT&T. After years of loyalty, I am considering leaving due to the constant lies and misinformation. I feel deceived and mistreated, and I am hesitant to continue with AT&T after this experience.

My business phone has been out of service for several months, which is causing me to lose valuable business. I desperately need a functional phone line for my childcare center. Despite numerous calls for assistance, promised repair visits have not been fulfilled, and false claims of resolving the issue have been made. I continue to pay for a service I cannot utilize. This ongoing problem needs immediate attention to ensure the operation of my business. I am also seeking reimbursement for the months I have been without service. I contacted [redacted] to upgrade two phones on my account and had to pay a fee for each. However, there were issues with the details of the order. One phone was the wrong color in the confirmation email, and that order was frozen in the system. Despite being promised a call back to rectify the situation, I never received one. To make matters worse, the phone that wasn't frozen was sent to my office instead of my house due to my office being closed during the pandemic. It was returned to sender by FedEx as no one was available to sign for it. I am seeking to cancel both orders and receive a refund for both. I believe they refunded one order that was returned but not the other that was frozen and not received. Each order cost $98, and I am keen on obtaining a refund for both orders.

I'm in the process of trying to acquire new or upgrade our business phones. I spent over an hour on the phone dealing with outsourced customer service representatives from overseas, only to end up getting disconnected. The obstacles I faced are ridiculous for a business owner trying to invest thousands of dollars. It's clear that having local business agents is essential. It's frustrating that finding assistance without a language barrier is so challenging.

I recently received a letter from ATT informing me that they were discontinuing their DSL internet service and I needed to switch to a different service. They recommended a 5G hotspot, which I agreed to as it was supposed to be unlimited. However, despite their assurance that they would cancel my DSL internet, it has not been done. I have contacted them multiple times, but the internet still shows on my bill three months later. I have not paid the internet charges, resulting in my account showing as past due. I am now looking to cancel all my business services, including landlines. Additionally, I am facing overage charges on my mobile service despite being told it was unlimited with the 5G hotspot. I have made numerous calls, but the issues persist. Moreover, Direct TV is billing me for a faulty receiver that was replaced without a return label. I have requested the label multiple times to no avail. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

I recently purchased a new phone at an AT&T store. The representative changed my existing 4G LTE business plan with 6 lines to a 5G plan with 7 lines and a hotspot, causing my bill to increase by over $[redacted]. I was told this change would be cheaper, but it wasn't necessary for me. The clerk also mentioned enrolling me in auto pay to save $10 per line, but failed to do so, resulting in me missing out on the discount. Now I find myself on auto pay without being able to view my bill online. Previously, my average bill for 6 cell phones on my business account was under $[redacted], but now it has surged to almost $[redacted]. I was misled into a plan I didn't want or need. I am requesting to revert to my old plan and receive a refund for the difference between the two plans.

Since 2/21, my business has been without landline phone service. I had scheduled to have it moved to a new office within the same warehouse building on 2/21, but no technician arrived after the phone was disconnected on that day. As a result, I have been unable to forward calls to my cell phone. Despite contacting various ATT representatives, the issue remains unresolved. The continuous rescheduling and cancellations have significantly impacted my business operations. I receive understanding responses from ATT staff daily but see no progress.
