I received an email from a lawyer containing a Google doc link, suspecting it to be a hack after providing my email and password. I urgently need to change my password, but I am locked out of my base account "zappo4160" as I cannot remember the password. Attempts to reset the password resulted in a code being sent to an old phone number I no longer have. I tried to contact through phone service, but voice commands were not recognized. Paid support was inaccessible as the site deemed me "not qualified," despite being a long-time customer for over 20 years. I am in distress over the exposure of my account and seek immediate assistance with the recovery services that I am unable to work through. Your urgent response is greatly appreciated.

I have contacted two agents through the AOL help line regarding my hacked account. The first agent mentioned I could verify the account by answering some questions about emails I have received and sent. However, the second agent stated that I couldn't verify the account since I had not set up any verification process. This AOL account was created about 8 years ago when I was 12 and is connected to my social media containing personal data of mine and others. The hacked account has prevented me from accessing my social media handles. I am disappointed with the lack of support from AOL in recovering my account, considering the potential risk it poses to my friends and followers. Despite multiple attempts to regain access through the AOL website using my email, "[redacted]," by resetting the password, I keep encountering an error message stating, "Uh-Oh we cannot help you at this time. Try again in a little while," for the past 7 months.

I am having difficulty canceling my AOL services due to the 12-hour time difference in Thailand. I have tried to cancel online since April but faced challenges with the security code process. When trying to cancel, the code is always sent to the email I am not currently signed into, causing delays and timeouts, making it impossible to cancel. I am willing to pay the service charges if AOL allows me to cancel. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact AOL to address this issue, as they offer no email or chat support. This situation is frustrating, and I hope AOL can resolve this issue promptly. Thank you, Keith Burr.

AOL has transitioned from a reliable service to one that no longer suits my needs. I am bombarded with sixty to eighty unwanted ads and spam emails daily, despite attempting to unsubscribe with no success. Dealing with these constant intrusions is becoming a burden, and I am no longer willing to tolerate it. Additionally, I frequently encounter issues while trying to send emails, receiving messages that they cannot be sent at times. The constant demand to change my password, sometimes weekly, due to AOL claiming I am using the wrong one is frustrating. There are challenges with account name and password discrepancies, as well as restrictions on creating new passwords. The once useful AOL has become a source of frustration and wasted time for me. Please proceed with removing my account from your system as I am unable to continue using your service.

My PayPal account was compromised last Wednesday. I have two PayPal accounts, using the email addresses [redacted] and [redacted] Unauthorized transactions were made through my joyfulpawsrescue account, but PayPal has processed a refund. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the refund as I cannot locate my account to change the password. I keep receiving messages stating that my joyfulpawsrescue email is inactive due to limited use, which is not accurate. I urgently need assistance in locating my [redacted] account to reset the password and unfreeze my PayPal account. The batesbunch account has been successfully restored already. Kindly help me access my joyfulpawsrescue account. For clarity, my primary AOL email is [redacted], shared with one of my PayPal accounts. Thank you for your support!

My AOL email is not functioning properly. It has not updated since 8:00 AM, and now it is 12:40 PM. I can access incoming mail that arrived before the shutdown, but I am unable to download or open any new items. I am unable to send or receive emails, which is a major issue. Dear Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with my email address, [redacted] When trying to log in, I receive a message indicating that the username is not recognized. Unfortunately, I am unsure which recovery email or phone number I may have provided during the setup. It's possible I created another AOL account, such as [redacted], and when attempting to reset the password, it directs me to the brunoroofing account instead. I urgently need assistance with this matter as I have used this email for registration purposes in various places, including for tax-related matters. In the meantime, I still have access to this email on my phone and can provide any necessary information by accessing the emails I have sent and received. I've been trying to reset my password for the past 4 or 5 hours. Earlier today, everything was fine with my email. However, after being away for an hour or two, when I returned, I was prompted to log in and encountered issues. I'm unsure if this is due to my error or a system glitch. Can someone guide me through the process? I faced a similar problem a few days ago, and one of your technicians assisted me (they were very kind, despite my frustration). The system is requesting my email, but I am unable to log in.

It's concerning that customer service issues are made public without prior consent. Recently, when contacting AOL, I intended to proceed to the next step after writing my message, but instead, it was publicly submitted under "Reasons Customers Like You Called Recently." It's important for buttons to be accurately labeled to avoid unintentional disclosures. Luckily, I refrained from including sensitive details in my message, which can now be seen by everyone. This raises legal compliance concerns that should be addressed.

Hello, I bought a double oven, hob, and washer from your store back in January. Currently, I am dealing with a conveyance issue through the legal ombudsman and require the receipts for these items. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the original emails containing this information. Since moving overseas with my husband due to military deployment, I have been encountering difficulties accessing my AOL account. Despite not changing my password, the system continues to reject it. I am unable to verify my telephone number as I no longer possess the one linked to my account. The situation is further complicated by the fact that calling support would entail international charges of $1 per minute, and I can't reach customer service without being logged into my account. I have been unable to access my account for months now. The account name associated with it is [redacted] When I attempt to log in, it prompts me for my recovery email, which is [redacted] Unfortunately, this recovery email is no longer available as the India.com website where it was hosted has shut down. I didn't have a phone number to add for recovery when I created the account. I reached out to AOL support via phone, but the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and provided no solutions. They informed me that there was nothing that could be done to regain access to my email account. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the various important emails and accounts connected to my AOL email. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and if this issue persists, I will not be using any AOL products in the future.

I've noticed that emails from a specific Rediffmailpro address are consistently being directed to my AOL Mail spam folder. Despite having this address in my AOL contacts and marking it as "Not a Spam" multiple times, the issue persists. I haven't set up any filters for this to occur. I would appreciate guidance on resolving this matter so that emails from this address do not end up in the spam folder in the future. Thank you.

I'm having trouble connecting to AOL online this morning, Monday 12-2-19. Unfortunately, when I called the customer service support telephone number and selected the "Tech Support" option, I was disconnected multiple times. As a paying customer spending $11.99 per month, I expect AOL to be functional 24/7. Attempting to contact AOL by email may be futile as I cannot access the online site due to a "Bad Gateway" error. I am using [redacted] for my email. I have a Windows 10 PC along with two iPhones. My AOL works perfectly on my iPhones. Unfortunately, when I try to access AOL webmail on my PC, after logging in and waiting to reach my inbox, I receive a "Bad Gateway [redacted] - Timeout" error message. This issue is causing me frustration as I am unable to access my emails promptly. If this problem persists, I may have to switch to Gmail.

I have AOL on both my iPhones and on a Windows PC operating on Windows 10. However, lately, when I go to www.aol.com, log in, and click on the "inbox" button, I receive a "Bad Gateway [redacted]--Timeout" error. This delay is frustrating, as I never encountered this issue before. I don't experience this problem with Gmail or Yahoo.com. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I plan to transfer my 23-year-old AOL account to Gmail. Please advise on how to fix this problem as soon as possible.

I have been paying $29.99 per month for AOL service for years, and now all my AOL email accounts are locked. When I called 1-[redacted], the automated system denied me help. I wanted to give an update on the issue I'm experiencing. I can access my AOL email without any problems on my two iPhones. However, when I try to log in on my PC and click on the "Inbox" link after logging in on www.aol.com, I receive an error message saying "Service Temporarily Unavailable [redacted]" after a delay. This issue doesn't occur with my Yahoo or Gmail accounts. If this problem isn't resolved promptly, I might consider moving my longstanding 23-year-old AOL account permanently to Gmail.

Hello, I noticed the new agreement in my AOL app. After accepting the terms, I lost access to both of my 15-year-old email accounts. I keep getting a pop-up and cycling through without access. The two accounts are: [redacted] [redacted] I have not used passwords or a thumbprint for a long time, accessing them only through my phone without issues. I urgently need access to handle some business. My outdated security questions may not help. I can no longer access txluckyducky as it's "turned off".
