I wanted to share my experience as a new customer with the credit card company. The customer service I received wasn't helpful as they rushed me off the phone. I contacted them since Friday after receiving an email about installation and removal services. After waiting 5 hours on hold, I followed the instructions for AM Home delivery but never received a call back. When trying to confirm if the washer included necessary accessories, the agent informed me they were not available for installation. I decided to cancel the order due to the lack of options provided and concerns about voiding the warranty. My order number is [redacted]75 and my phone number is [redacted].

I purchased a Miele dishwasher, Model G7566SCVISF, on Oct 6. The original delivery date of 10/20 between 12:30 and 4:30 was changed without notice to 10:24 between 10:30 and 12:30, but the unit arrived damaged. After speaking with a representative who suggested leaving the damaged item until photos could be reviewed, I agreed. Unfortunately, no follow-up was received as promised, leading to a series of emails and phone calls. Eventually, Brittany contacted me, stating the damage was only cosmetic and offered a $[redacted] discount since no other units were available. Despite my requests for a direct call and a resolution, I have not heard back in a week. I am still awaiting answers and a solution. - Terri L.
