I am inquiring about claim number [redacted]. Unfortunately, my mother passed away recently, and we were unable to locate her life insurance policy. Upon contacting them, I was informed that both my brother, Brian L., and I were listed as beneficiaries. We were then asked to fill out claim forms. After submitting the forms, I followed up twice and was reassured of my beneficiary status. Surprisingly, my brother received the full policy amount this week. I was later informed that I am not a beneficiary, despite being told otherwise by three different representatives. This inconsistency has caused confusion as I am covering the funeral expenses and was relying on the insurance payout. Thank you, Sharon B.

I experienced multiple issues during my recent flights with Kenya Airways. My journey from Dubai to Kilimanjaro via Nairobi was plagued with delays and poor service. In Dubai, my flight was delayed for four and a half hours without any explanation or food voucher. Upon arrival in Nairobi, I was informed that I had missed my connecting flight and had to wait an additional 8 hours at the airport. The meal voucher provided was for subpar food, and I lacked access to basic amenities like a proper lounge with working WiFi, air conditioning, or water.
To make matters worse, upon reaching Kilimanjaro at midnight, I discovered that my luggage was lost. Despite assurances that my bags would arrive on an early morning flight, they didn't show up until 8 pm the following night after numerous calls to the airline. This unfortunate situation led to the cancellation of my safari plans the next morning, forcing me to incur additional expenses for accommodation, clothes, and transportation to resolve the luggage issue at the local Kenya Airways office.
The level of customer service throughout this ordeal has been wholly unsatisfactory.

I believe AIG is the most deceitful company I've ever encountered. I bought a policy years ago, and for roughly a decade, AIG withdrew funds from my checking account. Suddenly, without any explanation, the withdrawals stopped. Despite my numerous attempts to contact AIG, each time I was told they had no record of me. However, my bank has a detailed record of these monthly transactions. AIG's dishonesty is appalling. I have reported this matter to the FTC, ensuring there's a record of it there as well. I intend to inform everyone I know about my negative experience with AIG. It is unacceptable for them to take your money and then refuse to assist you.

For the last three weeks and countless hours on the phone, I have been unable to get assistance from AIG regarding my deceased mother's annuity. Despite having a statement with the contract number and details, no one at AIG seems to have access to this information or is willing to help me. Each time I call, I get transferred multiple times, spending over an hour without making any progress. I am frustrated as I just want to submit the necessary paperwork as the trustee of the estate, but I am being met with obstacles. The contact phone number provided on the statement does not work, adding to my frustration. I am considering seeking legal advice and filing a lawsuit against AIG for their lack of cooperation in processing the death claim. I recently received a call from AIG informing me that my life insurance policy had reached maturity. After contacting them, I learned that the policy's value after 20 years was only $1,[redacted].50. I decided to redeem it and spoke to a customer service representative who confirmed this amount. However, on June 4, I received redemption forms requesting tax information. When I called AIG to clarify, a recorded message stated that my policy had been extended and was now worth only $1,[redacted].88. Despite trying different AIG numbers for customer support, I kept getting stuck in a loop of recorded messages. I seek assistance in obtaining a check for the full policy amount of $1,[redacted].50 without further delays.

My Whirlpool refrigerator requires repair for the front panel display. I'm unable to read the numbers, making it difficult to know when to replace the filter or monitor the temperature inside the fridge. Some parts of the display are not lighting up. Despite having an extended warranty, I've been struggling to reach customer service for three days. I've been put on hold by a recorded message each time I attempt to call, with wait times exceeding 30 minutes on four separate occasions per day. I need to recertify my SNAP account, and my case worker requires details about my insurance coverage, policy number, beneficiary name, cancellation value, policy verification, and cash value. I must fax this information to her office at [redacted] by the 26th. The fax should come from the company with a company letterhead or the name of the company and agent sending it. She requested information from your company, AIG, including my policy number, account holder name, beneficiary's name, current cash value as of the 25th of the month, potential cancellation payout, and confirmation that policy #[redacted] is active. Policy number [redacted] for travel insurance was purchased on the Emirates website on March 19, [redacted]. The coverage is from November 7 to November 30, [redacted].
I am experiencing difficulties accessing the policy online. AIG's message on the screen mentions technical issues preventing the retrieval of policy details.
Despite emailing [redacted] twice, the replies were automated from noreply@. I've also attempted to contact offices in Valencia, Barcelona, and Madrid. The Madrid agent confirmed they couldn't access the policy.
Emirates has stated they are not responsible for the travel insurance matter. Given that our trip is in three weeks, time is crucial.
I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue as there is a policy number, so the policy must exist somewhere.
