I am required to withdraw a minimum amount from my annuity by April 1st. I faxed my signed Cash Distribution Form to [redacted] at 4:39 p.m. your time on Wednesday, March 26, but I am unsure if it was successfully received.
I am aware that failing to have a check dated by April 1st will result in a 50% penalty, which is a significant loss for me and also affects A.I.G. Can anyone provide assistance? I am feeling quite anxious about this situation.

I am currently in the process of settling my late mother's estate and have encountered delays with policy numbers [redacted] & [redacted] since submitting paperwork in December [redacted] following her passing on November 10, [redacted]. Each time I inquire about the progress, I am simply told that my claim is under review by the legal department. Could you kindly provide me with the legal department's contact number? I plan to have my attorney reach out to understand the reasons behind this unusual hold-up. I am Gary T. Hatton, one of the co-executors of Vera R. Hatton's estate.
