We have flags placed in our lawn along the [redacted] block of St. Peter St. in South Bend, IN, indicating an "excavation site" and a wooden stake designating it as a transformer site. Today, a utility representative mentioned the installation of telephone poles in our yard. However, all other blocks on our street have buried power lines, and having poles would be problematic. We urgently need to ensure that the power lines are buried instead. Please get in touch with me promptly!

I feel that I am being treated unfairly. I recently called to set up new service at a house I moved into with a friend on August 20th. The company initially agreed to cancel the previous roommate's account, but then later insisted that I pay his outstanding bill. This former roommate, initials T.C., not only failed to pay his bill but also took money from another occupant. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and my personal struggles, the customer service representative, initials L.P., has not been empathetic. Dealing with a divorce has already affected my credit, and I just want to resolve this matter fairly.

I completed a medical form due to my COPD, using a CPAP machine. My daughter, who lives with me, relies on oxygen due to heart failure and COPD, having had COVID twice. Our doctor filled out and faxed the forms to ensure we wouldn't lose power. However, we've been without electricity for two days. The utility company keeps giving excuses for the delay in restoring power. I am frustrated and considering taking further action due to the poor treatment we've received. There's more to the situation, but it's too lengthy to explain fully. I faced a problem with my disability payment this month, preventing me from paying the bill. This was beyond my control, yet AEP showed no compassion or willingness to help.

I'm currently trying to get electricity for my household as I have a 3-month-old baby and need it for essential lighting and heating. Unfortunately, I'm unable to afford the $[redacted].79 required right now due to financial constraints. I've been attempting to gather the funds all week, but with a young child, it has been challenging. The weather conditions are cold and wet, leaving us with no alternative shelter. My sole focus is on securing electricity to keep my child and myself warm and dry. Any assistance in getting the electricity activated either today or tomorrow would be greatly appreciated.
