I made a reservation on priceline.com for a room at the Extended Stay on Alliant Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky using my ADP card for the 8th. The reservation had to be canceled. After multiple calls throughout the day, I received an email from Priceline at 4:19 stating that my refund would be processed within 24 hours. It has now been approximately 32 hours, and I have been in contact with ADP and Priceline, but neither seems to have processed the refund. Priceline has been unhelpful, and ADP seems unaware of the issue. I have attempted every possible solution to understand the delay in receiving my refund. It has been frustrating as each party redirects blame to the other. I simply want my money back promptly as promised. I am disappointed in the customer service from Priceline and will not be using their services again. I initially chose Priceline over Hotels.com to save $10, but I now realize the importance of good customer service. To future travelers, I suggest using Hotels.com instead. I am eager for a resolution and would appreciate clarity on when to expect my refund, as it should have been received 8 hours ago as promised.
