I am seeking assistance regarding my student loan history. From [redacted], ACS serviced my loan, then it transitioned to Conduent. Through autopay from my Wells Fargo account, I made payments. Recently, I discovered that the loan was moved to Navient in [redacted], but communication was sent to my old student email, not my current one.
From Dec [redacted] to Aug [redacted], my Wells Fargo autopayments to Conduent went through without issues. The payments stopped in Sept [redacted], which I initially thought was due to full payment. Unfortunately, seeing a loan balance from Navient during a refinance prompted my investigation.
Realizing we were still paying Conduent (previously ACS) from Jan [redacted] to Aug [redacted] after the loan transfer to Navient in [redacted] was concerning. Despite attempts, contacting Conduent or ACS has been futile. The login with my old ACS ID on the current website fails due to password issues and inability to reset. Thank you.
