Despite clear facts, they refused compensation. We are also waiting for payment for our totaled car since the incident. Windhaven Insurance has not been responsive to our calls or emails, leaving us unable to afford legal assistance after our initial claim in November [redacted]. Our car was held by a repair shop for seven months and then declared unfixable due to lack of a police report, which was not needed as the incident was a tire blowout causing body damage, not a collision. On 11/03/[redacted] at 12:15 pm, I visited the Centerville Branch at [redacted] Centerville HWY, Snellville, GA [redacted] to buy money orders totaling $[redacted]. I put my money on the mail scale in hundred dollar bills, but the clerk only gave me a money order for $[redacted] claiming she didn't receive the full amount. The supervisor was unhelpful and even involved the police. I requested to review the video footage showing me counting out the money, but to no avail. Despite my efforts to contact them, no one has addressed the issue six days later. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance in resolving this matter and seek a resolution soon.

I am Derek H., an Uber driver known as a "rider preferred driver." I had a concerning experience with a passenger at the Pineapple Bar in Grill in Tustin. The passenger acted aggressively, touching me and becoming violent when asked to stop. Eventually, the passenger drove off in my car, but luckily, the police intervened, and the passenger crashed the car a few blocks away. My [redacted] Hyundai Sonata was destroyed. I feel Uber is not prioritizing driver safety and is handling the situation unfairly by not compensating me. I hope to raise awareness about this issue as not all Uber drivers are treated poorly. On November 16th, my apartment lost power due to a service issue. Despite informing the super, the lights were still off when I returned on November 18th. After contacting the super again, he mentioned that power was restored, but the lights remained out. I reached out to the landlord, Page Real Estate in Astoria, Queens, on Monday. They assured me that an electrician would reach out to schedule an appointment, but as of 3 pm on November 20th, I have not received any communication. During my 12-day Princess cruise to Alaska on the Golden, I fell seriously ill. Despite repeatedly asking for the water-stained carpet in my room to be replaced, my requests were ignored. As my health deteriorated with symptoms like dizziness, weakness, and inflammation, I lost 14 pounds. Concerned, I sought medical help upon returning and discovered a severe mold allergy thanks to a test by my allergist after noticing the moldy carpet. Despite sending my medical records and evidence to Princess Cruise Lines, they only offered $[redacted] towards a future cruise, which I found unacceptable given the physical and emotional toll I endured. I recently placed an order with Pizza Hut over the phone, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and I did not receive the sauce I had paid for. When I tried to return the food for a refund, I was informed that the manager was not available and that I would need to come back the next day. This was difficult for me as I do not live nearby and needed the money to feed my children. Despite my frustrations, the assistant manager explained that the manager could not be reached after hours. After multiple attempts to contact the manager, I was informed that no refund could be issued. Feeling helpless, I contacted the police, but they advised me that it was not a criminal matter. I feel let down by the lack of transparency regarding their refund policy and the service received. My family was left hungry, and another individual’s payment was wasted. I hope to find a resolution to this situation soon.

On 9/29/18, my husband was admitted to St. Vincent Hospital and then transferred to the ICU until 10/10/18. He was discharged without the oxygen he had needed during his hospital stay. Following day, he had to go back to the emergency room due to shortness of breath at 10 a.m. Despite being discharged at 3 p.m. without oxygen, he returned at 6 p.m. the same day and was diagnosed with internal bleeding. He was readmitted and later discharged home on hospice care, passing away on 10/23/18. I believe he received negligent care and his needs were not adequately met. I reached out to the hospital on 12/4/18 but have not received a response.

In the early 2000s, my handicapped daughter, Christy, was repeatedly made fun of on various television shows, with Charley Gibson being one of the worst offenders. His laughter at her expense made me admire his bladder's endurance. My daughter, Christy Lynn Oxley, was severely handicapped, a result of an incident involving her intoxicated husband. Without proper research, her situation was turned into a national joke, with people creating hurtful nicknames for her. As her mother, I aim to raise awareness about Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and present the truth about my daughter, Christy. I, V. I have recently encountered an issue with ABC News blocking me from their online comment section for news stories. I was informed by Disqus, the commenting platform used by ABC News, that I had been blocked. Despite being active in the comment section for a couple of weeks, I noticed that only my comments replying to a deleted user were deleted. It seemed reasonable to me that my responses would be removed if the original comment was deleted. However, I am puzzled as to why I would be blocked entirely without explanation, especially considering the importance of free speech for news outlets. I am unable to reach ABC directly, as they do not seem to have a contact number. Any assistance in understanding the reason behind this decision would be greatly appreciated.

I reside at the Bronx River Apartments, Building [redacted], Apartment 10F, with my six children ranging from 14 years old to 4 months old. Recently, I've had issues with water leaking from the ceiling and walls in my bathroom and kitchen. Upon inspection, it seems to be coming from the 13th-floor apartment. Despite notifying Management and Housing, the situation persists, with water now leaking onto my bedroom ceiling. My main worry is the safety of my children due to the water leakage potentially causing electrical hazards. I am a single mother on a limited budget and cannot afford any damages that may occur. I am disappointed that "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" is no longer airing. I did not enjoy the replacement program. I looked forward to watching the show daily, along with "David Muir" in the evening. Now, I will have to resort to my old habit of reading. Furthermore, I am curious why my email is required when it is not utilized. I would also like to know the reason behind the departure of my favorite host. What happened to Cris?

I wish to speak with a reporter regarding the challenging conditions experienced by those recently released from TDCJ. The unhealthy and unsanitary living conditions, the breaking of rules and policies by the staff, as well as the excessive use of force resulting in injuries to inmates, need to be brought into the light. Many inmates are subjected to long periods of time in Ad-seg without proper release procedures being followed, leading to significant mental strain. Bullying by officers, the cover-up of misconduct, and the struggles faced by inmates who are not inherently bad individuals deserve attention. I have support due to being married for over ten years, and now that I am out, I want to shed light on how Texas mistreats prisoners post-release. I am pursuing legal action against TDCJ and hope that by speaking out, I can expose the corruption within the system to help others. It is crucial for the media, like ABC, to investigate and reveal the truth about TDCJ to assist those currently incarcerated in various units in Texas.

I am trying to connect a person in a foreign country with your news team for a story. They are stranded, starving, and unable to afford the rising plane ticket costs back home. The company they worked for closed down and left them stranded after a project in Rome. Desperately needing help, one of them was close to death from starvation until a kind local helped get them to a hospital. They are now running out of money and need assistance. Seven others were unable to board a flight due to currency exchange problems. I've done what I can but need to know who they can contact in Portugal to share their story. I watched Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff during the impeachment proceedings and was interested to hear what they had to say. However, today the Department of Justice Inspector General testified about the FBI's conduct in the Russia probe, and you did not cover it. It's frustrating how you only seem to push a specific agenda, like the impeachment. This biased reporting is why many, including Trump, consider you fake news. Please stop deceiving the American people and censoring important issues. We are not as uninformed as you think. I hope someone takes legal action against you for your misleading coverage. Your biased liberalism is damaging America, and you are a shameful representation of the human race. 🤮
