I am disappointed and outraged by the poor service I received. I am requesting a refund for my AAA membership. AAA has been an important service for my family, but the recent experience was a letdown. When my trailer broke down, I called for assistance, only to be put on hold for 36 minutes and then told I wasn't covered. After speaking to a manager, it was clarified that I was covered, but further issues arose with arranging assistance due to misinformation about my situation. This led to multiple frustrating calls, unnecessary delays, and being stranded for days. The request for a picture and the overall treatment I received were unacceptable. I demand a refund for the failure to provide suitable service. This experience has been disheartening, and I am questioning the company's current standards.

I contacted AAA roadside assistance for an RV tow at 8 a.m., explaining the lack of cell service at the location. I asked for provider information to streamline the process. Unfortunately, the referral was for a service that doesn't tow RVs, which I discovered by 9 a.m. After parking the motorhome safely on private property until moving it closer to the highway at 11 a.m., I provided AAA with a reachable phone number. However, no provider arrived, leaving me stranded until around 1 p.m. when a provider called but was busy and eventually unreachable. When I reached out, he requested pictures of the unit, unable to comply, and blamed AAA for the delay. After several frustrating calls, AAA arranged a tow for $3,[redacted], significantly more than I anticipated. Despite having RV roadside assistance, it seems they don't cover RVs. After 20 years with AAA, I'm disappointed in their handling of the situation.

On Wednesday, June 28th, I experienced a no-show from AAA after being informed that Mark was en route, with the phone call mentioning 45 minutes and the text indicating 24 minutes. Unfortunately, I was left stranded for 2 1/2 hours. Luckily, a father and son from the neighborhood came to my rescue. To make matters worse, my tire warranty was voided due to an unauthorized repair. I am seeking clarification as to why the service was not provided, reimbursement for my AAA membership, reimbursement for the tires I had to buy, and I will also lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. - Melinda M.

I requested roadside assistance on Saturday, June 24 from Kieler, WI. After waiting for over 3 hours without any contact from the tow operator, a kind individual offered assistance. Despite being unable to repair the vehicle due to a heavy rainstorm, they drove us to a hotel in Dubuque, IA for the night. The next morning, on June 25, the good Samaritan returned to take us back to our car in Kieler, IA. With their help, we managed to fix the issue and resume our journey to Arkansas. Upon returning home, I received a renewal notice from AAA in the mail. I am uncertain about the services provided by AAA. - Membership ID: [redacted]

On the night of 7/30/23 at approximately 12:30 am, I contacted Triple A for assistance when my van broke down on the PA Turnpike. They dispatched HJ Towing and Recovery, Inc. to tow my van back home. Unfortunately, they dropped me off, a 5-month pregnant woman, along with my van at exit [redacted] instead of taking it all the way. The location was right off the exit and the first left near an open lot next to an ice cream shop. The trip was documented as 12 miles. Despite our efforts, we have been unable to repair the van or transport it home. We are in urgent need of help to complete the task that was initially meant to be done. I kindly request Triple A to assist in getting my van to my house, as agreed. I am unavailable until Sunday due to work commitments, but my wife can coordinate with the tow truck in the early morning hours. I am willing to provide her with any required documentation, including my license and our marriage certificate. Without getting the van home, we are unable to proceed with the necessary repairs.

This morning around 5:30, as I was heading to work, my car required a jump start. A neighbor attempted to assist for about half an hour, and I compensated them $20 for their time. I tried contacting AAA without success as the automated system did not connect me to help. Fortunately, my neighbor called back with a solution and got my car started. I paid them another $20 in gratitude. I am seeking a $40 reimbursement since I did not receive the service I needed. In a past incident, I had a long wait for AAA and had to use a local service, eventually getting reimbursed. I appreciate efficient and fair businesses and hope for a quick resolution. I visited my local AAA office and inquired about a statement showing multiple charges instead of just one, causing my bank account to go into the negatives over a month ago. I am unsure which office received the information from Owensboro, Kentucky. I am seeking an update on my refund as my bank is also inquiring about it.

I realized that my rent money was debited from my account without consent. It must be returned by tomorrow morning, November 1, [redacted]. I assure you that I do not have auto-pay set up and never would. If this matter is not rectified promptly, I face the risk of homelessness. After a frustrating half-hour wait on hold, the call was abruptly disconnected. My bill isn't due yet, and I habitually pay in December without auto payments. We've requested wrecker services multiple times in the past year to take our vehicle to a dealer but faced challenges each time, including having to walk long distances late at night. Despite scheduling a wrecker for yesterday, we experienced delays and poor communication from the driver. As a result, we had to make alternative arrangements to get our car to the dealer. We are very unsatisfied with the service and would like to see improvements or consider canceling our membership. Thank you.
