I recently placed and promptly canceled an order for a page 2 spruce tree. The confusion arose as one part of the description mentioned the tree's height, while another indicated it was bare root. I inquired about whether the tree had needles, to which the representative assured me it did not. After completing the order, I expressed my reluctance to keep the original label when a photocopy should suffice. The representative insisted on the policy that necessitated the original label's return, despite my suggestion that this may leave the company without records. Uncertain about the purchase, I checked reviews and found that the majority gave it one star. Upon calling back and encountering a different representative who reiterated the policy on the label but did mention that the spruce tree does have greenery, I decided to cancel the order. This experience stands out to me as I have ordered from various companies in the past and have never faced such label-related issues or encountered unsympathetic customer service. Consequently, my initial $[redacted] order will now be placed elsewhere. I hope that these concerns are taken into consideration and improvements are made for future customers, as I would have preferred not to have had to share these details.

I would like to cancel my order #[redacted] placed on April 8, [redacted]. It has been over 4 weeks, and I have not received it. I was informed that the order has not been processed. Despite emailing my request recently, I was advised to contact customer service. When I called on Thursday, May 7, Adrian mentioned she could not process cancellations over the phone and insisted on emailing. I explained that I already emailed and was instructed to call. She repeated that I must email. At this point, I am frustrated and feel like I am being given the runaround. I am requesting a refund to my credit card immediately. Thank you. - B.L. Spooner

I returned an order of trees I purchased on April 13, [redacted]. I was billed on May 10th but didn't receive my trees until June 14th. After canceling the credit card transaction with Capital One, you shipped the order. I returned the unopened order via FedEx at a cost of $61. I followed all return instructions within the 14-day window but didn't receive proper credit. Instead, my credit card was charged again. I expect a prompt credit of $[redacted].78. I will pursue this issue as needed, providing Capital One with details of your deceptive practices. For further assistance, please reach me at [redacted]. Thank you, Jim Kleeh at [redacted] Cherry Hill Road, Wheeling, WV [redacted].
