I have a few more questions:
1. Can you please provide me with the number of files that were uploaded on June 3rd, according to Korean time? Additionally, could you furnish me with a list of the file names that were uploaded on that date?
2. Previously, I contacted 4shared customer service to inquire about my uploads. I was informed that I uploaded "34 files" on June 3rd. However, I received an email indicating that "30 files" were uploaded on June 4th. Does this imply that I uploaded 4 files on either June 3rd or June 5th?
I am feeling quite anxious as the files uploaded on June 3rd contain sensitive and important information. I urgently need to confirm whether any files were uploaded on that date.
3. Could you also inform me of the total number of files I have uploaded overall?
I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

Hello, I need to renew my premium subscription on 4Shared before it ends on April 13, [redacted]. Since the Visa card payment is not working, I would like to pay via email through PayPal. I understand that a 4Shared representative will manually renew it after I send the receipt. I have been trying to contact 4Shared via email for a week regarding payment and support, but I have not received any responses. I really need help with this. Thank you.

Good afternoon, I had a free account on 4shared with very important information and photos that cannot be lost. When I tried to access the page, I couldn't log in, as it kept saying the email or password was incorrect. After several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to reset the password, but when I entered my email, it said it didn't exist, even though that's the email I've always used for 4shared. Could you please explain what happened to my account? I created a new account with the same email in hopes of recovering my information, but it's empty. The affected email is: [redacted]

I am having trouble accessing my 4Shared account due to a [redacted] error on their website. This prevents me from logging in to prevent them from deleting my files. I can't even send them an email because I don't have a ticket number. Despite not having the ticket number, I managed to contact 4Shared, and they suggested using a VPN to access the site from the UK, which I didn’t have. After acquiring a VPN extension, I was able to log in and bypass the issue rather than fixing it. 4Shared confirmed the successful login and assured me that my account is saved.
