Good morning from Spain, and thank you for your attention. The issue occurred 5 hours and 20/30 minutes ago today, on 5 October [redacted], while I was playing Galaxiga. Suddenly, [redacted] diamonds disappeared from my account. Players of Galaxiga understand that diamonds are crucial and challenging to obtain. At 2:40 AM (Madrid time), I had [redacted] diamonds, and 5 minutes later, my account showed a decrease to [redacted] diamonds (between 2:45/2:50 AM, Madrid time). Unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot to provide as evidence, so I kindly request you to review my account logs during this timeframe to investigate the situation with my missing [redacted] diamonds (which I earned by viewing more than [redacted] videos). While I didn't report the issue when 70 diamonds from the monthly package didn't appear in my account a month ago with the new update, this time it involves [redacted] diamonds. I understand you have other urgent matters, but I urge you to check the logs and verify the accuracy of my account activity. Thank you very much for your attention. Best regards.

Hello, I want to address an issue I encountered while playing Galaxiga. Three hours before playing, 50 diamonds disappeared from my Blue Bird account (ID: [redacted]9) around 22:40 in Madrid, Spain, on October 17th.
I had just finished a round at "Guild Boss" and upon returning to the main menu, I received a message in Missions indicating I had used 50 diamonds, which I did not do. I sincerely request for the logs to be checked to confirm my account of events. Thank you for your attention and assistance.
