I am not a customer and had no involvement with this delivery incident. Today, as I entered a parking lot, I encountered two truck drivers from a rat pack company blocking the only way through. Despite my attempts to communicate with them, they ignored me, forcing me to park farther away. When leaving my car with my kids and setting up the stroller, one of the drivers started shouting at me, claiming I couldn't park there. There were no signs or warnings to indicate this rule. Feeling upset, I expressed my frustration, and the driver responded by aggressively yelling and using profanity in front of my young children and others nearby. I am extremely angry about this situation, especially since my two-year-old picked up inappropriate language from the encounter.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with 1 [redacted] Packrat. Initially, I was misled about their services, thinking they would move the container to my house whenever I called. However, I had to wait for 3 weeks without my essential items like my bed and clothes. I had to purchase new clothes and borrow an air mattress for temporary use. Despite hiring help to unload the container based on an email stating it would be picked up, I faced multiple delays. These delays forced me to wait an additional 2 1/2 weeks before I could use my driveway at the new place. Contacting a supervisor proved to be impossible as I was constantly put on hold with no one ever picking up. Leaving messages and emails for a callback also yielded no response. I recommend using a different company to avoid such hassles.

Hello, my name is Ramiro Martinez. I recently sent an item to Veronica Vera with order number [redacted]03. It seems that the package was incorrectly labeled with the wrong address, resulting in the status showing as "receiver refused". I have spoken to Veronica, and she has confirmed she never received the order. Her correct address is as follows: 2 Josep Caminals Apt 1 Barcelona, Spain [redacted] I have been unable to locate a phone number or point of contact for the warehouse that mislabeled the package. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
