My watch time didn’t change to an hour ahead

Your Zepp watch usually adjusts to daylight saving time changes automatically if it's connected to your phone and your phone has updated its time. If it didn't, try syncing your watch with the Zepp app. To do this, open the app, tap "Profile," select your device, and then tap "Sync." If the time is still incorrect, you might need to manually set the time on your watch. In the Zepp app, tap "Profile," select your device, and then tap "Time Format." Here, you can adjust the time to reflect daylight saving time changes.
