To cancel your overlapping WinZip subscriptions, you need to contact the platform through which you initially purchased the subscriptions as they are the ones with the authority to end them. If you subscribed through the WinZip official website, you can end your subscription by logging into your account on their website, selecting 'Subscriptions', and then 'Cancel'. If you bought the subscription through an app store (like Google Play or Apple App Store), check out their respective help centers for cancellation procedures. Remember to do this for both subscriptions. Always ensure you confirm the cancellation has been successful to avoid future charges.

It's possible that your WinZip requires an updated license to keep it active. License information for one major version will not work for another major version. For example, if you registered a major version of WinZip and then download and install a new major version, you would need to buy a new license for it. In other words, if you registered WinZip 23, WinZip 22, or below, your registration code will not work in WinZip 24 or higher. So, if your registration isn't working, it might be because you've recently updated the software to a newer version. A new registration code may be needed.

To cancel your WinZip Suite subscription, you'll need to get in touch with the provider through which you subscribed, as WinZip itself doesn't handle subscription cancellations. If you subscribed through Cleverbridge, visit their customer service site and provide your order number or email to find your purchase. There, you can choose to cancel your subscription. If you subscribed through another provider such as Google Play or Apple's App Store, you'll need to cancel through those specific platforms using their respective cancellation process.
