I've bought WinZip for the third time now. The first purchase was intentional, the second was a mistake but I got a refund. However, when attempting to install the first purchase, it stated my account was canceled. I've struggled to get assistance. I've ordered a third one using a different email but can't change the address. Feeling extremely frustrated. I may need legal assistance. Spent $[redacted] and still no WinZip Pro.

I recently bought WinZip 26 via Cleverbridge and encountered activation issues after downloading it. Despite numerous attempts, the activation through Cleverbridge was unsuccessful. Now, I am locked out due to exceeding the activation limit and prompted to purchase another subscription. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to file a complaint in small claims court in Ventura County, CA. The legal costs for the company will surpass my subscription expense. Without representation, the court may rule in my favor, resulting in a significant payout. I have been a loyal user of WinZip for many years and simply seek to utilize the software I legitimately purchased.

I purchased WinZip Pro Suite more than a month ago, and I have been struggling to install it ever since. Today, after what I thought was a successful installation, I was surprised to see a pop-up notifying me of the 20-day remaining trial period for the Standard version. I bought the software specifically to convert my personal photos that are saved in PDF format to JPEG. However, I am only able to convert them to "bmp" format. How can I successfully convert and save them as JPEG files? Additionally, I would like to use the program without constantly being reminded about the trial period expiration. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance via messages and calls, I haven't received any help from the support team.

I had a working version of WinZip Pro for the whole year and then was charged $49.95 for my annual renewal. I received an email from Cleverbridge with an activation code to renew. When I tried to activate it, WinZip showed as expired, prompting me to renew or validate my subscription. Despite following the steps, I was stuck in an endless loop. After getting no help from customer support, I canceled my subscription, uninstalled the program, received a refund, and bought WinZip Ultimate with a different email to avoid issues. However, the same problem occurred. I opened a new ticket, provided screenshots, but only received basic questions in response. It's been 4 days, and I'm still struggling to get it to work, willing to pay again if it guarantees a fix. I just need to unzip my digital purchases without any more hassle.

I am requesting to be removed from your annual charging list as I am unable to do it myself. Back on 29/12/[redacted], I paid for WinZip Pro but due to connection issues, I was unable to complete the download. Even though I downloaded the program, I couldn't access the registration code, so I never got to use it. On 29/12/[redacted], you charged me £51.54 for the product, which I couldn't utilize because my previous version from you became unusable when my hard disk failed and was replaced.
In summary:
1. Kindly remove me from your annual charging list as I lack the ability to do so.
2. Please consider refunding me the £51.54 charge from 29/12/[redacted] and possibly the initial purchase amount of £51.54 from 29/12/[redacted].

I accidentally bought two copies of WinZip on June 11th. After recovering from pneumonia, I noticed the mistake. I want to cancel WinZip within the 30-day period from June 11th until now. In addition, I also have McAfee, which I find more user-friendly than WinZip. WinZip constantly interrupts my work with notices, while McAfee is better for my needs as an antivirus on both my Apple desktop and Dell laptop. How can I cancel WinZip but keep McAfee as my preferred software?
