Locate the "Help Center" link under the "Support" menu. It's below "Contact Us" and above "Channel Lineups."

Scroll down until you find the "Account & Billing" box.
Click on the "See All Topics >" link in the "Account & Billing" box. Doing so will take you to the "Account & Billing Help" page.
Scroll down until you find the "Account Management" line. It has a "+" to its right.
Click on the "+" to the right of "Account Management." Doing so will cause the "+" to turn into a "−" and expand the sub-menu.
