If that is not the issue, try clearing your cache and reinstalling the app. Review your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to make sure it's stable and strong. Another common issue could be the compatibility of the app with your device's OS; please check that your device's OS is up-to-date and supports the app. If you've checked all these and the problem persists, it may be a temporary issue with the app itself, give it some time and try again. Remember to keep the app updated to ensure smooth functioning.

Here are a few steps you can try if your Vantrue dashcam is not connecting to the app: 1. Make sure your dashcam is turned on and the Wi-Fi feature is enabled. 2. Confirm that your smartphone’s Wi-Fi is turned on and is in range of the dashcam's Wi-Fi. 3. Try resetting the dashcam by pressing the reset button. The button location depends on your model, please refer to your manual. 4. Uninstall and re-install the app on your phone. 5. If the app is updated and your phone's operating system is compatible, the issue might be with the dashcam itself.
