Typically, once your replacement request has been approved and processed, you should receive your new card within 7-10 business days, depending on mailing times. If you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your card, you would need to directly contact the Vanilla Visa customer service for further assistance. Keep in mind that they might require some information from you, such as the card number of the original card, to verify your identity.

Sometimes your Vanilla Visa Card may appear as 'initial status' due to an error in the system or incorrect account activity.
