Tommy Hilfiger's Return Policy

You can return any purchase to Tommy Hilfiger within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund to the gift card you used. That period is extended to 40 days for online returns shipped from Canada. All footwear and apparel must be unworn and have all the tags attached. You cannot return final sale items.

You should receive your refund 10 to 19 business days after Tommy Hilfiger receives your return. Tommy Hilfiger reserves the right to determine if items are in sufficient condition to qualify for a refund.

How to Return Something to Tommy Hilfiger by Mail

You can make your return by mail. Just follow these instructions if you live in the U.S.:

1. Go to the Tommy Hilfiger website.

3. Go to the Tommy Hilfiger return page.
