Sky Cancellation Policy

Another crucial thing to note is that you should cancel Direct Debit or any other ongoing payment service you have contracted with Sky since further payments with the company may still be due. You should ensure all bills are paid before starting the account cancellation process.

A minimum contract period applies to any service you contract from Sky which is typically 12 or 18 months.
