my two ipads in q interactive are not communicating

Whenever you find your two iPads in Q interactive not communicating, there might be issues with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or the Q Interactive application itself. First, confirm that both iPads are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. In case that doesn't work, you can try turning the Bluetooth off and on again on both devices. For the Q Interactive application, make sure you're using the latest version on both iPads, if not, please update. If none of these steps work, try restarting both iPads. If problems persist, you may need to contact Pearson's Customer Support for additional help.
