I was trying to change the Name Servers to another provider.

You can easily alter the Name Servers for your domain on One.com. Here are the steps: 1. Log into your One.com control panel. 2. In the main menu, click on 'Advanced settings'. 3. Navigate to 'DNS'. 4. Click 'Edit DNS settings'. 5. Under 'Edit DNS settings', choose 'Name Servers'. 6. Input the new Name Servers you’ve received from your new provider. 7. Remember to hit 'Save'. Please be aware that any changes to your DNS settings can take up to 24 hours to fully propagate across the internet. Also, modifying your Name Servers will change where your domain points, so be cautious regarding these modifications.
