You can change the email address associated with your Nectar account on the Nectar website. Visit the website, log in with your existing details, navigate to 'My Account' and select 'Settings'. From there, you can enter a new email address. You'll receive an email to confirm the change. If you cannot log into your account to make these changes, consider resetting your password. To make a complaint to Nectar via email, compose a detailed explanation of your issues or concerns. Include any relevant information that can help the Nectar team address your complaint properly, such as your account number, the date and time of any specific incidents, and any steps you've taken so far. Please note, we highly recommend not including sensitive information such as your full card number or password in your email.
