Visit the Hearst website.
Locate the menu on the Hearst website. You'll find it in the upper-right corner of the website, represented by three stacked horizontal lines.
Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner of the website. This will expand the menu.
Browse the menu until you find the "Businesses" line.
Click on the "Businesses" line. Doing so will expand its sub-menu.
Browse the menu for the "Magazines" line.
Click on the "Magazines" link. Doing so will take you to a page of the same name.
Scroll down until you find the box containing the name of the magazine you want to cancel. Click on it when you find it. This will take you to a page about that magazine.
Scroll down the page until you find the "Contact" section.
Find the "Website" line within the "Contact" section. Click on it when you spot it, which will take you to the magazine's website.
Scroll all the way down on the homepage until you find the "Customer Service" line. For example, if you're on the Country Living website, you'll find it at the bottom, below "Community Guidelines" and above "Turn Off Web Notifications." Click on the link when you find it.
Look for information pertaining to managing your type of subscription. For example, if you're on the Country Living website, there are two options: "Magazine Print Only" and "All-Access (Digital + Print) or Digital Only." On the Car and Driver website, it's "If you subscribed prior to 11/6/25" and "If you subscribed after to 11/6/25." Make sure you're signed into your account.
Look on your account page for information about cancelling your subscription. If you're unable to locate it, please proceed to the next step.
