Check Out Grammarly's Help Desk

Unfortunately, Grammarly doesn't have a customer service phone number or live chat function you can use to reach out to for additional help. You can search your payment issue on the Grammarly Help Pages to see if others have encountered the same problem and have found a solution.

Submit A Contact Support Ticket

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you may be eligible for a refund. You can create a support ticket to have Grammarly look into the charges for you.

  1. Go to https://support.grammarly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new#/

  2. In the top right corner of the screen, select 'Sign In.'

  3. Sign in to your account with your email address and password. Alternatively, you can sign in with your Facebook or Google accounts.

  4. Under 'What did you want to talk to us about?' click on 'Payments and billing.'

  5. Choose the billing issue that is most relevant to your situation. The possible options include:

    • I was charged more than expected

    • I don't recognize a Grammarly charge on my statement

    • Why was I charged again?

    • I have another billing question

  6. You will be redirected to a new page with a text box for you to explain your issue. Be as specific as possible in your details including the amount of the charge, the date it was charged, and why you believe it's incorrect. You can upload files or images if it helps support your claims. Select 'Submit.'

  7. You will receive an email from a Grammarly customer service representative in a few business days.

Note that Grammarly will not issue refunds after your subscription renewal date, as outlined in their terms and conditions. If you wish to cancel your Grammarly subscription, you should do it at least one business day before your billing date.
