If you're not home, the driver may leave the package to your neighbor or to the nearest pickup shop, for you to get your parcel. You're also allowed to authorize someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf. However, they would need to bring a photo or a copy of your ID along with their identification card. Track Your Parcel

First, check your parcel to see its status. Use this link:

You need to enter your 14-digit parcel number. If it says the parcel has been delivered but you don't have it, try to ask your neighbor if they have your parcel. When it's been three days and you still don't have the parcel, contact Customer Support so they can investigate.

If you don't have the tracking number, ask the sender for it. You can also click on the link on the email notification or the SMS sent to you by DPD.

Enter a Calling Card Number
