There are several options you can choose from in the "Topic" drop-down menu: ask a question, product availability, share a concern, send a compliment/comment, would like to do business, looking for sponsorship or donation, and rebate.
Select the option that most pertains to your situation. Considering it involves giving product feedback, some of your top choices are "share a concern" or "send a compliment/comment." Click on your preferred option.
The next drop-down menu is "Is this related to a purchased product." Click on and select your choice, which will either be "yes" or "no."
If you select "yes," you'll also have to fill out the production code. This step is mandatory if your feedback is about a specific product and you want to submit the form.
Fill out each of the contact lines in the "Contact Us" form. The information pertains to your first and last name, email address, phone number, birth date, address, city, state, country, and zip code.
When you get to the "Comments" section, type in your feedback about the Budweiser product. Be as detailed and descriptive as possible. For example, if you bought the product from a certain store, note the location, time, and date in your feedback. This can help the customer service team know how to proceed after reading your message.
