We understand your concern. Unfortunately, a permanently suspended account means eBay has taken this action due to a serious violation of eBay's policies, such as fraudulent activity. The decision to suspend an account is final and cannot be reversed. It also means you cannot create a new account. While we understand this can be frustrating, these rules are put in place to ensure trust and safety on the platform for all eBay users.

If a seller on eBay is not responding, you can report the issue to eBay. Go to the Resolution Center, select "I haven't received it" if you've not received an item, or "I received an item that does not match the seller's description" if you've received an incorrect item. Enter the item number and click "Continue." Follow the on-screen prompts. If the matter is not resolved within 3 business days, you can ask eBay to step in and help. Remember, it's always essential to communicate through eBay messages to validate your claim.

I'm glad to hear about your account reinstatement. However, I am afraid we are unable to manually lift the hold on your payouts. eBay places holds on payments to manage risk based on factors such as selling history, seller performance, and the category & price of the item listed. Most holds last up to 21 days or until the buyer has confirmed the receipt of the item in good condition. Once you've established a good selling history, these holds should occur less frequently or not at all. Please be patient and positively engage with your buyers in the meantime.

If the buyer returns the item damaged, you should go through eBay's resolution center. You can report that the item was returned damaged within 48 hours of receipt. You should also take pictures of the item and its package as evidence of its condition upon return. If it's determined that the item was returned in a different condition, eBay may issue you a refund or a partial refund. Keep in mind that eBay's Money Back Guarantee doesn't cover general wear and tear of an item during use, only damages or defects that weren't disclosed in the listing. It's always best to clearly document and communicate issues throughout the resolution process.
