Scentbird subscribers give users access to a full catalog of designer scents available only in the US, Canada and the UK. You pick a scent and receive an 8 ml bottle each month. The bottle holds about 120 sprays which should last until your next subscription item, delivered at the times indicated during the subscription process. Scentbird also offers a new Candle Club subscription along with the designer scents but this service is currently only available in the US and Canada. Subscribers who want to cancel the automatic renewal of their fragrance subscription should email customer service. Note that canceling your fragrance subscription automatically terminates your candle subscription as well. However, canceling your candle subscription doesn't terminate your fragrance subscription. If your order hasn't been processed, Scentbird will offer you a refund. You can no longer return the item for a refund once received. Damaged items can't be refunded but can be replaced.

If you made a term commitment (3, 6 or 12-month subscription), the cancellation will only take effect after the subscription term. You'll continue receiving the shipments until the end of your term.

Note that subscribers also get the option to downgrade their plan. You may stop the automatic renewal of your plan or go back to a month-to-month plan. You can downgrade by contacting the Customer Support team.
