The product must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund or exchange will be issued. Please note that personalized products, such as custom shoes or apparel, are only eligible for return in the case of manufacturing defects.
