eHarmony Customer FAQ

We recommend that you log into your eHarmony account to view your payment history. In most cases, you should be able to find this information in the account settings or billing information sections of your account.

At present, eHarmony does not offer PayPal as a payment method. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you have trouble processing your payment, double-check that your information is accurate or consider trying another card. For any transaction-related issues, refer to "Contact Us" link on this page.

To cancel your eHarmony subscription, follow the steps outlined below: 1. Log into your eHarmony account. 2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of your homepage. 3. A drop-down menu will appear. From this, select "Account Settings." 4. In Account Settings, find and click on the “Billing” tab. 5. Scroll down to the "Subscription Status" section and click on the “Cancel My Subscription” link. After completing these steps, follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Please note that canceling a subscription does not automatically refund any unused subscription fees. Refund requests are considered separately.

To cancel your eHarmony monthly subscription, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your eHarmony account. 2. Navigate to your profile settings. 3. Find the 'Billing' section and click on it. 4. There should be an option saying 'Cancel My Subscription'. 5. Follow the instructions given to conclude the cancellation process. Please note, eHarmony's cancellation process depends on where you purchased your subscription. If you purchased directly from eHarmony's website, the steps provided should work. If not (for instance you purchased via iTunes or Google Play), cancellation will have to be done through the respective platform's own subscription management system. Remember, cancelling your subscription may not immediately delete your profile. If you also want your profile removed, you'll need to delete it separately.
