Were moving to a new apt … how do we transfer our landline/ fiber to our new place which is just 3 streets away. Our account is in the name of my brother who’s out of town !

To transfer your PLDT landline or fiber to a new location, you need to contact PLDT through the contact link on this page to submit a request for service transfer. You will need to provide your account details and the new location address. Typically, the account holder must make such requests, but PLDT may allow requests from a family member with authorization from the account holder. So, your brother might need to make the request himself or give you the authority to do it. After the request is made, a PLDT representative will evaluate feasibility based on the availability of services at the new location.

I have no connection with my pldt fiber

I would like to disconnect my account
