To ensure privacy, we cannot provide or confirm booking details directly. However, once you book a hotel on Hotels.com, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you didn't receive the email, you can manually request for another email through your Hotels.com account. Sign in and go to "My bookings," find the booking in question, and there should be an option to re-send the booking confirmation. Please remember to verify your email was entered correctly in your bookings account.

How do I change my card information

To change your card information on Hotels.com, log in to your account and navigate to "Account Settings". From here, you'll find a section titled "Payment Options". Here you can manage your stored payment methods. You may choose to delete the existing card details and add a new card. Do remember to save the changes before you log out. On your itinerary page, find the "Cancel" button or "Cancel this reservation" link; once your cancellation is confirmed, you can rebook with the correct guest count. Depending on the hotel's policy and how soon the stay is, there may be cancellation fees. If the option to cancel is unavailable, that means you've selected a non-refundable booking that can't be changed.
