Was my replacement debit card sent to my address on file?

As an Assistant, we unfortunately do not have access to personal account details or transaction history due to security reasons. Generally, Chime sends replacement debit cards to the address they have on file for you. If you are unsure about the address on file or if you have recently moved, we recommend reviewing your Chime account settings or to ensure your address on file is updated.

The phone I had linked to the account was stolen. When I try to login in with my email and password it ask for verification code sent to that old phone how do I change that.

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem. To gain control of your account without your old phone, you need to reset your Two-Factor Authentication. Please note that for this process, you must know your Chime login information. If you remember your login details, you can log into your account from a new device and Chime will prompt you to confirm your identity with your social security number. Once you've done this, the Two-Factor Authentication will be reset, permitting you to link a new mobile number to your account. This will overwrite the previous phone number linked to your account.
