OK I ordered sneakers from ioffer, and I want to know where they're at. The seller will not provide a tracking number, I asked for one and I keep getting this automated message saying what size do you want? Every question I ask I keep getting the same response, what size do you want. I ordered a watch that I received, a basketball Jersey which I received. My one pair of sneakers has a tracking number and they should be here soon I hope. The tracking info should be updated more frequently. But the other pair of sneakers, without the tracking number and absolutely no information is really frustrating me. And it was supposed to be delivered by July **th which is today but still nothing. I shop online because I'm disabled, and missing information is not a good thing for paying customers. Please help me resolve this situation I'm in. I love the product's but sometimes it s a hassle with some things
